Along with providing addiction treatment services to men and women living in the Youngstown area of Ohio, On Demand Counseling also works tirelessly to fight against the fentanyl overdose epidemic taking hold of the US. In order to do so, they are providing access to outpatient treatment plans that include medication assistance, group therapy, individual therapy, and various behavioral therapies. On Demand specifically prescribes medication like Vivitrol to help clients through opioid or alcohol withdrawal. They also treat addictions to cocaine, marijuana, crystal meth, methamphetamine, and benzodiazepines. The goal is to design a very specific program, fit with effective therapies that address the individual client as a whole. Not only does this help improve chances of long-term recovery, but the use of MAT medications can increase a client's motivation for change and makes them less likely to relapse or overdose.

It's pretty sad when I need to pay on my account and I don't get statements regularly. No one answers any phones. I have no idea now to send money to. The billing department needs to get organized.

I'm a returning patient & I have talked to about 3 different counselors. Two were in person & they were very thorough. I really loved who I was matched with! Can't wait to reschedule

I really like Dr. Parsons, but the front desk people never answer the phone and are not helpful. They also never return calls no matter how many messages you leave them…

Very upset with my experience here. All was going great until people started swearing in conversation (not me) in the waiting area. I was talking, not swearing though. They decide to pull me in the back, accuse of being the one swearing and that I need to stop. Then after I told them it wasn’t me and that it’s someone else and someone came up and said “it wasn’t this kid” they continued to tell me how they wanted it to stop, I walked back out in the waiting area and they didn’t bother pulling...

I started going here during my pregnancy in 2019. I struggled with addiction for years and wanted to make every attempt in staying sober during and long after my pregnancy. I started treatment in 2020 after I had my baby and I absolutely have loved going here. The staff has always been so friendly. They treat myself and my babies with so much compassion and they genuinely care about us. They actually remember your name. You're not just another patient here. They won't turn people away if they...

The office people either don't know what they're doing, or just don't care. I was trying so hard to see a counselor, the first appointment I went to they messed it up apparently and I wasn't able to be seen. So I tried again, and they tried telling me AGAIN that they messed up my appointment. This time they contacted the counselor I was supposed to see and she managed to fit me in, and I started making appointments through her because apparently the office isn't capable of making them themsel...

I made the leap at the end of 2021 to seek assistance with mental struggles and found On Demand when Googling options near me. I now see Stephanie and Beth every month and feel better than I have in years after really struggling with depression. Although On Demand is heavily advertised for addiction, I’m going solely for mental health services. I would definitely recommend them! Everyone is very nice and supportive. I’m not sure how I would be now if I didn’t give them a chance.

I do give on demand counseling 5 stars. This is the only place I have ever gotten suboxone , gone to outpatient, received mental health counseling, and saw a psychiatrist. Many places I have been to I felt either judged or uncared about, or that the business mostly just cared about money. On demand in Austintown gets 5 out of 5 from me because my suboxone doctor Josh was fabulous, always willing to work with me as long as I was honest, my counselor was very helpful and kind, they have very ni...
