The worst care for the people who have served their country and need help! They don't care if you're injured, in pain, need surgery. They make you wait months in pain to be seen, schedule surgery months after an accident with no help for pain control whatsoever! Then they conveniently have to cancel the surgery 15 mins before we are to be there and can't get my husbands' surgery done for another month! Mind you his accident was in March!! This is the how we take care of our veterans! Pathetic...

I have now had multiple surgeries at the VA in Omaha. I recommend this 100% to anyone I’ve had nothing but professional in the upmost care that any hospital could give the great conversations with you during the procedures and they take your mind off what’s going on. These doctors and nurses are, first class. Thanks for everything you do here at the VA in Omaha for us veterans.

Went to the VA for chest xray, and ended up going to urgent care. They were polite, caring, and took care to check things - and to explain the results. No big wait, everyone was kind and staff seemed happy to be there.

I have had so many positive experiences with the Omaha VA. My primary doctor has gotten me the treatments I've needed for my diabetes (amount other issues) and the pain clinic has been so helpful with treating my chronic pain issues. I'm very blessed to have the Omaha VA as my primary care provider.

My first visit to the Omaha VA. First impressions were very good. Parking easy to find. Facility - easy to find where you need to go. Signage was good. The facility was spotless. Wait times - No waiting at all. Arrived and went to lab checked in at the lab kiosk and was called back literally in less than a minute. For my primary appt, they called me back about three minutes after I checked in. Appt - the Dr I was seeing had a resident so unfortunately I had to say the exact same thing t...

I took a chance that the VA hospital had greatly improved from my previous experience with them over 15 years. I was pleasantly surprised. I collected my medical records from the hospitals I have been going to and went to the hospital expecting the same atrocious care I had previously experienced. I was actually treated like the doctors cared. They actually looked at the records I gave them and asked what I wanted to happen. When I told them I wanted fixed they didn't brush me off this time....
