Very great 😊😊😊. I'm so pleased with the doctor's staff nurses. Clean facility. The cafeteria was nice and clean well balanced meals. The group's very interesting and pin pointed to daily problems. I really enjoyed the way they set up everything. Staff were so nice and helpful 😁 We didn't have a lot of downtime, which was great. So it helped with the depression. Great structure invirement. A+ I would highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for a great helping hand.

I was in Franklin building and from the time I got there at 2am I was greeted with love and compassion. I was detoxing for 4 days and the staff always checked on me to see if I would eat or needed anything. The doctors let me tell them every issue and problem I was having and did their best to meet my needs. The staff was so caring and we even went outside after lunch for 30 or so minutes everyday. I highly recommend this place and would go back in a heartbeat if I needed too.

Staff was rude. Child stated all most of the staff on the unit screamed at them not spoke snacks were expired and the chicken that was served was not cooked in the middle. Would not recommend this place to my enemy. Could not get anyone to return calls to see how our girl was. Her phone time after the first call home was cut short every time to like three minutes long. Dr never returned calls was a total nightmare

First off I Was VOLUNTARY.I took my child there on a Thursday for 72 hour observation and Sunday the doctor hadn't done no evaluation nothing. They lied to me about being able to talk to my child. Lost her forms so she couldn't leave when she was suppose to. The staff is incompetent nobody knows anything they lose paperwork. My child says it's been multiple fights. I really feel like cause it's ran by my people majority that's why it's so much chaos and IT'S SAD. PLEASE DO NOT SEND A LOVED ON...

I was at old vineyard for a week and they taught me so so very much..I loved the staff, the nurse Lisa and everyone on west 2 wing..it was very eye opening and I've never felt so much better since I lost my mother. I cannot speak highly enough how everyone including Quan, Chandra, Darnell, rosilia, niche, nicole, Darnell, Brandon, and if I missed anyone, I'm sorry!! Best faculty for helping me learn to cope, love myself, boundaries, anger management, everything..including the food!!! All the...

This facility was a nightmare and, in my opinion, should be shut down. It is a joke, unprofessional and feels like it is from another time when there were few if any regulations and the DSM1 was the main source that defined metal illnesses. The only positive thing I have to say is about the food. Security and attendants would come into the room every 15 minutes shining flashlights directly into our faces ALL NIGHT LONG. I was there for approximately 9 days. We were hardly ever let outside des...

I am giving this place a 1 star because we spoke to 2 nurses who appeared to care. There is no way a licensed mental health professional worked with my uncle and released him with paranoia and who clearly was hearing voices. There is no way any counseling is done in this facility. I doubted very much that the psychiatrist, Dr Reddy, who signed his release even spoke to him or assessed him. He only wrote the prescription. He did not give a damn and the therapist did not bother to find out hi...

Inept old care takers. Understaffed. Lost my belongings. The doctor barely spoke to us. Lumped in with meth addicts. The treatment was bouncing a beach ball. Denied outdoor access if the nurses were too tired. I could go on. So I will. I have yet to receive a response from to owner other than the generic one every one received. My roommate freaked out on the staff about his medicalation. They would not give him his shoes before he got discharged. Because they were unsafe. At that point he gav...
