I was here today 1/6/24 after being dragged across pavement by someone on a moped trying to rob me (they failed.) The doctors were so kind, not just to me, but to everyone around me. I saw them offer people the best care they could and even go beyond that to see how they could set them up for success upon leaving the emergency room. I was really shaken up after what had happened to me and immediately calmed down because of how kind and focused they were. Thank you so much for what you did for...

Weill Cornell Hospital stands out not only as a top national medical institution but also as an architectural marvel. The level of medical expertise and patient care is truly commendable. In addition, the hospital's design is breathtaking, seamlessly merging state-of-the-art facilities with beautiful architectural aesthetics. A testament to excellence in both healthcare and design.

My name is Keisha H... I was admitted to downtown NY Presbyterian on Friday, 9/1 in the morning. The ER Dr. was so through and ran a lot of exams, took blood work, and was determine to find out what caused me to be wheezing. I do not have asthma. A ER Dr. told me at on 8/29 that there was a small leak in my heart, so that caused fluid to build up in my lungs and he released me. This ER Dr. told me to see my PCP. I am glad I received so much better care at NY Presbyterian. I will never forget ...

I love this hospital! I took my niece Kayla to emergency room because she was having a severe allergic reaction to cupcakes. Her eyes were swelling, she wasn’t breathing, and she was coughing. The ER doctors were friendly and amazing to my 4 year old niece. When Kayla ate the cupcakes, she started to break up at a rash. She started itching, she wasn’t breathing, she was vomiting, her eyes were swollen, and she was sneezing and coughing. She stopped breathing. I called 911, and the ambulance c...

I recently visited New York Presbyterian Hospital where my sister was a patient. While the medical care received was beyond disturbing, our experience was significantly marred by the behavior of the staff at the front desk.During our time in the waiting area, we were subjected to conversations by the front desk staff that were inappropriate for a professional healthcare setting. The discussion was centered around the conflict in Israel, which was not only irrelevant to their work but also dee...

The doctors are slow and rude. The nurses are talking all day and just standing around. I was waiting for one thing and no one knew what was going on and then waiting for hours before telling Me I was waiting for a cat scan. This is the worst hospital I've ever been in. They are discriminative and bias. I feel uncomfortable being here and I don't think they diagnosed me properly

When we registered at Weill Cornell ER they were expecting us to arrive by ambulance not on foot. Harlem Hospital sabotaged our ambulance transfer that insurance would have paid for by stating my mom’s emergency surgery case was non-emergent. Anyway, we were immediately taken to triage and my mom placed on a stretcher. They gave her pain meds while they looked over her records. I was given a comfortable chair to sit in next to her stretcher. We were in an area with one other person but had a ...

I am currently admitted and truthfully I am so happy we made the 40 minute drive here. I am so impressed with the care and compassion. All of my nurses and doctors have been beyond amazing and it is such a pleasure to meet the residents and students. And shockingly the food is good for a hospital lol. Definitely my hospital of choice. Thanks NYP
