I really love this clinic and the staff. I've been going here for about 4 years now and having access to this medication literally saved my life. I'm very grateful for all the staff, especially my counselor, Tessa. She is AMAZING! She's fairly new but since I became her patient she has gone above and beyond to help me in every way. Compared to my last counselor here, the difference is night and day. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I think this place has improved so so much s...

I have a lot to say..I was hoping giving the clinic time and waiting to fill out grievance would change my overall opinion. I have had one issue after the next with New Season. I have done what is required and followed all protocols however I constantly get excuses as to why something didn't go to way it should have.. I'm currently about to lose my job due to never able to dose on time despite me coming to group every nurse never on time ..it's always are nurse is a little late this morning.....

I've been coming to new season since September 2022. I had a rough first couple of months staying sober but they continued to work with me and encouraged me until i finally got sober in January 2023. The secretary LaToya is the sweetest and nicest lady. Knows every ones number by heart. The nurses that give your dose always have a smile on their face and speak to you every time you go to the window. the location is very closed to my house. I'm glad its in oak cliff because most clinics are fa...

I had a changed flight over the Thanksgiving weekend and they bent over backwards to get me guess dosed. Phenomenal customer care. They really look out for me even though I wasn't one of their normal patients. Great people.

Update... The new director, Lorenzo, Robert my counselor, the nurses in the pharmacy and Latoya in front are just such great people. They are kind, helpful, concerned and respectful. It has made my tenure at the clinic bearable and even enjoyable. Please keep these employees around as long as possible because they are truly good people. My experience has been outstanding. From the help in the front office (Latoya), to the pharmacy techs and especially my counselor Shawana Harris. Shawa...

Lorenzo was a good program director and took every measure to find me how to get what I needed. He went out of the way to get me transportation and find out how to get the system to help me get my medicine and afford it. And was friendly.

This place is HORRIBLE! We were treated like a nuisance, from the counselor to the receptionist! They are all very prejudice. My fiancé and I are white, and we were respectful but weren't treated with the same. A recovery/treatment center are supposed to actually care about their clients and their recovery but they don't! They pick and choose what rules they want to follow. No one is ever smiling or happy, it's like a misery loves company gathering. If you're looking to get help with your add...

it works but make sure you take a low dose because I took a high dose and couldn't work and wasn't able to function not even able to drive. if you start falling asleep in the after noon then the dose might be to high. I was a server and I had to cut my dose by half to work and make money. I got off the treatment by taking four to five hot showers a day even at the gym taking showers and swimming plus reading the Bible help. Then if you need quick cash labor finders help me get same day cash o...
