Clients undergo a series of evaluations and work with a specialized treatment team whose concern is to determine what areas of the client's life are in need of help and how to best treat them. Treatment options often include nutritional guidance, medication management, family programs, discharge planning, individual therapy, group therapy, anger management classes, addiction education, and so much more. Because this dual diagnosis substance abuse treatment center specializes in treating clients with more severe and debilitating conditions, their teams are highly skilled in providing only the most up-to-date and effective programs possible. Some more options include recreational therapies, life skill development, therapeutic fitness, and reintegration programs. These are critical in helping clients be as successful as possible while still remaining long-term sobriety.

My father is a resident at NMBHI Meadows Nursing Facility! He has been there since April 2023. I am so extremely grateful for the staff at this facility! They are responsive, caring, professional and kind! My dad has been happy with the staff. My family was no longer able to provide 24 hour care for my father. When we toured the facility, we were very impressed. After nine months, we are even more impressed. The staff love my father. He knows he is loved!! We would not have entrusted his c...

My mom has been a resident of Meadows Long Term Care Facility for 5 months now. She is in the Evergreen Wing. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff on her wing as well as the entire building. All your nurses, techs, housekeeping, administrative folks and everyone else all know my mom by name and know who my dad and I are and welcome us with open hearts each time we come, and we drive 2 hours twice a week to see my mom and we feel the love. My mom needs 24 hour care and so ...

T1 was ok staff was compassionate and try to help the first 4 days, The Sierra unit was a motel 6 with a drug pusher and incompetent and abusive nursing for the next 10 days waste of Medicaid money, discharged in worse shape than when arrived! Would not recommend Sierra unit to anyone seeking help. Horrible experience for someone with mental illness.
