There is some really incredible staff and the therapist and cooks are wonderful. I do wish they would encourage more people to stick it out, in my time there far more people left or were kicked out of the program then finished the 30 day program. I wish the staff would have worked with them a little more instead of packing there bags the minute they talked about leaving.

Fine place with a couple nice staff…I had a lot of therapy there and what i continuously noticed was that nobody will listen to what you have to say, they make their long statements and you’re out. If you’re going to be a therapist do it for the passion not the money. The new one, Melinda doesn’t understand mental illnesses much and obviously only goes by the book without any heart put into it. I’ve been trying to better myself but the staff lied to me about helping me on that journey, it all...

I recently completed a 30 day residential treatment program at New Frontier. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and program. The days were well structured and the staff was professional and respectful. The food was great and the beds were comfortable. If you truly want to get clean and sober and are willing to put in a little effort you wont be disappointed.

As the children of someone dealing with addiction, we reached out to this facility per recommendations. Getting everything done to submit was a fiasco, but we took hours of work off to complete what we needed to do on our end to get our mom on the waitlist. Upon completion, had a brief conversation and were told we’d probably not be accepted. Wish we would have known this prior. We will be letting the people who recommended this facility to stop with referrals and will cut the referrals we...

Upon completion, had a brief conversation and were told we’d probably not be accepted. Wish we would have known this prior. We will be letting the people who recommended this facility to stop with referrals and will cut the referrals we have already got in motion from our church group. When dealing with addiction, the last thing you want is for places like this to play games and waste your time.

I love this place. I am really shy but I love my social worker and therapist. The director of New Frontier is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She really cares about people.

Customer service is as bad as it can get. Therapists are great, but the front desk staff is lazy, inattentive, uncompassionate and just plain rude. The finance department will not honor any finance negotiations agreed upon. After months, you will receive an enormous bill, with the threat to send it to collections.

It works if you work it. It's an amazing corner stone for recovery if recovery is your desire. One may find it to be more of a negative experience though if the person is not willing to work the program and be successful in living an honest program
