About Navos
Navos Mental Health and Wellness Center brings affordable, inclusive services to all individuals in the area who need help. Navos recognizes that when it comes to addiction treatment programs, not all people are created equal, so one of their goals is to increase equal access to care for everyone in Seattle, regardless of their gender, color, sexuality, or anything else. Each treatment plan is customized to the client, includes different types of therapy, and combines other holistic activities in order to ensure that they are treated as a whole. Loved ones are encouraged to participate in family programs and different types of sober activities. Not only does this connect clients with their family members and peers, but it helps those people also develop coping skills and learn how to address addiction within the home as well.

My therapist accused me of trying to dodge meetings when the program for online therapy wouldn’t work, he scoffed at me, ignored everything I said and sent him trying to get help, but eventually fixed the problem albeit VERY unprofessionally (argued and treated me like I was a habitual liar). After 3 half wasted sessions (due to going similarly) It felt like I was talking to a random dude, not a licensed professional. I tried to communicate with him about ceasing my current program to go wit...

I have used this office for years, attempting to get my medications right and I still dont have what I came for. First of all let's start with the fact that I was supposed to be seen by a psychiatrist. I, in fact, was not assigned one. They instead assigned a nurse practitioner to me without the credentials I felt like she needed to have to diagnose my mental health disorders if any her name is diane bunch and I would not reccomend being seen by her. My reason being that she the INSISTED on i...

One issue I’ve had is difficulty getting a new case manager. One time I waited 3 months to get a new case manager. Another time I waited 4 months. Another issue I’ve had is not getting emails/phone calls returned from case managers. As of now I have a case manager on leave, and I have no idea when I’ll see this case manager again. I suggest looking at other options for mental health care instead of here.

Got a therapist there and it's my sons 4th appointment, its been less than mediocre, they haven't even spoken anything about my son yet. Therapist doesn't respond back, called for a supervisor to call back two times and no-one ever returned the call. Therapist spent first two appointments double checking our paperwork, the link for speaking online didn't work, in and on.

It is virtually impossible to reach anyone at Navos about patient care. I spent over three hours this morning trying to reach a care provider (or anyone in a leadership position who might assist me in doing so) about a client/patient/resident sent to our hospital ER; without any success. I was transfered between voicemail messages that someone was out of the office repeatedly. No one calls back fron this facility. The front desk is not able contact anyone with whom I can coordinate care. ...

A mixed bag, unfortunately. While I was assigned to a rather helpful case manager and Doctor, my wife's luck on the assignment was borderline irresponsible. Her first case manager didn't contact her for almost 6 months. Her second case manager didn't have enough appointment times for her to get regular appointments. Get third case manager was really good, but by this time the Doctor she was supposed to see was doing EVERYTHING IN HER POWER to ensure her treatment was irregular and constant...

I went there today because their phone message says walk-ins welcome. Please talk to someone before you show up. I went there because my doctors office does not have behavioral health and they want me to find a psychiatrist for things I'm already diagnosed with. The lady at the front desk couldn't comprehend what I was saying when I said I had a referral and I didn't want to just blurt out my diagnosis. They then gave me a piece of paper with places I can try to figure out. Oh by the way, Sea...

This is a terrible and inconsiderate place. The first doctor they put me with didn't listen to my concerns, and wouldn't let me speak at all. I'd waited two months to see a different one, but about an hour before the appointment, they called and canceled, saying that "They would need more than a half-hour appointment to speak with me." About two hours later, at noon, they called and said they had a space for 12:30. I rushed as much as I could, but I simply lived too far away. By the time I go...
