I had an appointment, and I couldn’t remember nor find the info for what time it started. I called them around 12, and the lady on the phone said everyone was at lunch, and to call after 1. So I did. And they told me my appointment had been for 1, and that I had missed it. I then had to bite the bullet for missing my appointment; I have a decaying tooth in my mouth with an abscess, and they rescheduled me a month out from the missed appointment. I’m not saying I’m innocent in this situation, ...

I'm so thankful we found the Native Project. We've used their medical clinic, behavioral health counseling, dentist, and now even the pharmacy. Everyone is very empathetic and helpful. They've always been flexible and accommodating with scheduling and they've been very good with communication. I feel like my sons are valued as individuals there.

I've been at this clinic for over four years now and have really grown to trust my doctor. The Native Project has a broad range of services from healthcare to housing resources. Dr. Tanner is great, as well as the pharmacy staff. The referral coordinator is amazing at placing referrals and making sure you're sent somewhere where your insurance is accepted. Overall, the Native Project is a pretty amazing clinic.

Went here for the Covid vaccine. My family and I were treated so kindly and staff ready to assist you in any way. The compassion the staff has is impeccable. This is the first health care facility (in Spokane) I’ve been in thus far to where the staff act and show they do care about your well being! I really the hospitality that was shown to me and my family! I will most definitely brag about the Native Project! Awesome job!
