Doctors are consistently great.

Nurses and CNAs were previously very passionate.

11 east was so good just a couple of months ago. I'm not sure if the supervisor changed or what. The nurses and CNA were so much more passionate. Seems to be a big change in this section. But Doctors are great as always.

I really don’t know what happened to this hospital it was my mother’s and it was the best service but my personal experience it has been from bad to worse I was thinking to transfer there but just the nightmare on the ER was enough at the beginning was ok but my last experience was so bad that I rather die on my home that come back. No consideration from my age, illness or anything. No empathy either they heard you but not listening and always all the test come back positive so if my health i...

During my recent experiences with the emergency department, I've been deeply disappointed with the level of care provided. Communication is been a major issue. Calls to the department are either left on hold indefinitely or abruptly ended, leaving us feeling ignored and undervalued. During a previous visit, I they did a poor job with assessment which resulted in inadequate treatment. At the bare minimum, they shouldve at least drawn labs. They discharged with very little explanation and offer...

Mother stayed in the hospital for a week. They ran test and were very slow with information. You have to ask repeatedly do you have the results. The last test I never got the result after requesting to speak to a doctor or nurse. The Doctors do not come around and the nurses provide very little information. I’m assuming because they just know what on the chart. The medical staff released my mother Friday afternoon with no heads up just walked in and said she is being released after seeing me...

This is not the hospital ever recommended to go at all. They don't even deserve a 1 start. This hospital has done nothing but constantly doing experiments on human being and their loved ones from their students. The doctors never even see the patient, they dont give proper information to the family member , they always have guesses after guess where they caused my father the death. The doctor was ready to open and operate on him without ever seeing the full diagnosis, and in end only came to ...

I write this review with a heavy heart. My family had a terrible experience at this hospital; they told me about it in bits and pieces, but it’s clear that these events have deeply affected us. I was especially saddened by the treatment my uncle received during his last few days. It does not sound like he got what he needed, which is really the least you should be able to expect when someone is dying. The hospital did not focus on providing necessary medical care; instead, they treated my unc...
