I was here for 11 days and the staff were pretty nice some of the staff were stricter then I liked but meh what can you do about it. The food was pretty good the only compilation I have about the food was the eggs they reminded me of jello. And The chief was really nice I think his name was kenny. I saw some other reviews saying stuff about the staff but it seems like those ones were fired or something cause I didn't see any of that.

My young child was hospitalized here for a week (not by choice), during which time they had no access to toiletries and other items l'd sent. When I brought this up with their doctor (who'd given her approval for the items), she apologized and said that's unfortunately an ongoing problem at this facility. I also mentioned this to other staff multiple times, to no avail. Each time I visited, my child both appeared and smelled as if they hadn't bathed, and were wearing the same clothes they'd ...

Okay so I was here for 9 days and to say.. this was the worst hospital I went to yet, the employees be giving me attitude... she kept saying you doing to much.. GIRL YOU BE DOING TO MUCH?? Somebody told me there that there was a man employee that touches you weirdly... I was mad scared cause all the kids did NOT want to be there, the food wasn't that good and some kid was rubbing his balls on the door, like yall better be washing that door :(.. also in my room they had A LEAK?? and the sh...

My daughter was here twice. There is a tech who should not be in healthcare. He put his hands on my daughter! & no she is not violent or physical. They also didn't make sure she brushed her hair. It was matted so bad after days of not helping her after she asked for help she had to get a hair cut! And it is impossible trying to get a hold of anyone to follow up on these issues! I'm thinking about seeking legal advice!

Not that bad of an experience, was here between March 2023 to April 2023, it was kinda of bad but, wasn’t the worst experience, probably needed it considering the place I was in at the time, met some good people here, staff were funny too

I went here twice. The staff are amazing i loved them all, especially the behavioral specialist Sam and the therapist Megan. When i was there i had a problem with my heart and they took care of me when i passed out, Sam came to the er with me and made me feel safe. This place was awesome. If you have to send your kid to a mental health hospital this place would be good!
