All but two of the TT’s were amazing, and seemed very invested in patient recoveries, My counselor was both empathetic and challenging. And created a safe space for me to be honest with myself and her. I have been to this treatment center three times now. Every time I have gotten a lot out of it, but this last time changed my life. Sometimes I think people confuse treatment with a vacation and a spa. But if you are willing to try and do the work necessary, they Will go so far for you. But of...

So many improvements could be made . First, you sit in the same room for 13 hours a day. I nearly had bed sores on my rear end. Even if you are there voluntarily, you are treated as a child and always watched. Very limited fresh air and outdoor time. 80% of staff are not recovering alcoholic/ addicts and have no empathy nor do they try to relate to the clients. I witnessed two "therapists" making fun of clients behind their backs , rolling eyes etc. so if you are looking for a place to heal a...

I went there. I don’t eat pork. Guess what was served to me almost everyday. Pork. Not the worst thing. Even though I told them. I don’t eat it. You also sleep on plastics and eat jail food!! I agreed to go to a “farm” in Billings. Little did I know is was a tiny house for native Americans. I spent 500 dollars to fly back home to kalispell…because MCDC is a giant POS…they should give me 500 back..sent me bin an absolute disgusting bus ride to just end up paying for myself to go back home. Id...

This place teaches alot of useful skills like anger management, meditation, and focuses alot on mental health not just about staying sober. Teaches alot of relationship skills ect, Staff are all really kind and the rooms and showers are big and nice. It's alot better then I thought, but I wasn't forced into going, left early and didn't make it to graduate but been sober ever since the ninth and My relationships have improved let alone My physical health. I Absolutely Do recommend this place t...

When I went to MCDC, I was younger and it was in the other building. I hated it when I went through and I was court ordered both times I did. Now that I have overcome my addictions through Gods grace, I can see where the staff was coming from and also understand that they are human beings that grow as they help us to. I would say that for anyone that is serious about getting sober, this is a good place and willingness to do what is best for yourself rather than what you want to do is a big pa...

This place was exactly what I needed at that point in my life. I'm clean today and have been so ever since. I see a lot of negative reviews here, but part of recovery is taking ownership over your own actions and making a decision to better your life. They can't do the hard work for you, only you can do that. Blaming others for your failures is fundamentally destructive. Anyway, it's a great place, it has a nurse that's the most beautiful person I've ever seen inside and out. Every possible w...

I walked in the doors of MCDC July 31, 2018....That was the HARDEST day of my life!! I was scared and very close minded to what I was about to experience. There were many different walks of life that came through those doors before and after me. We all had one problem and one mutual goal, We wanted to get tools to stay sober. Its baffling how powerful the disease of addiction is.. Many girls did not make it to graduate and that is a hard truth. For me it was VERY difficult. However I wanted a...

Horrible place, 30% of people complete the program and the staff are rude and unhelpful. After the first week the program repeats itself. You will watch YouTube inspiration vídeos and eat pre-release food thas been sitting there forever. The staff take the personal problems out on patients especially Laura drug and alcohol counselor.
