I’ve been on the program for 12 years, I ve had 3 awesome counselors. I stayed with one for 9 years, without her I wouldn’t have made it. She was in recovery herself, so She understood me. It is pretty bad right now, with the employee turnover rate, and organization with the Hurricane season. But with anything there is good and bad. I am sure they will get it back together soon.People need to understand that they are highly critiqued by federal laws. But as long as you do what your supposed t...

It has it's ups and downs (like most places) but overall, if you WANT to get clean and you WANT the help, it's certainly there. My Counselor is AMAZING (Shirley) and has been A LIFE SAVER! I HONESTLY don't know where I would be at today if I didn't make the decision to start Treatment. It is as easy as YOU make it!

Well...all seems well on the surface. They give off the impression that they want to help, but when life gets hard, they make it even harder on you. Do not expect any amount of understanding about transportation issues, even if you call. They give false information on policies over the phone about allowing certain things, then when you show up, you are denied those things. The counselors are overworked and underpaid. All of them are your best friend until you need answers as to why systems an...

Ok at first but they got rid of all their good staff that had been there for years who actually knew more about running it than the ones I've seen come & go. I transferred after they took my take homes away because they didn't have a current number to reach me for A bottle check. A phone I've had for 3 years. I always made sure my counselor had my number which he did but whoever called had another number in her computer. I was transferred to like 8 different counselors in 2 years. They expect...
