Jessica is phenomenal, I highly recommend her for your med management needs. She's a great listener. She proposes all the available options, so you can weigh the pros and cons to make an educated decision. She's been a godsend the last few years. Logan is also great for TMS. Their background is in nursing and social work, which gives their questions and explanations thorough and educational. They're also a great listener and has been invaluable for my healing the last month.

I have been seeing Dr. Monroe for years. Her experience, knowledge, and bedside manner are all top-notch. I trust her implicitly, and am grateful to have her as a doctor. The support staff at Mindpath Health are also very polite and professional. They have assisted me in scheduling/rescheduling appointments, and have relayed important messages to doctor(s), even outside of scheduled appointment times. This helps to ensure the highest quality of care on a continuous basis.

I have been a patient here for almost four years exactly. I trust my psychiatrist. I know he listens to me, and he was very understanding when I got really, really sick. When he talks about medication management, I trust that he has both my best interests in mind and a solid understanding of how those changes might impact me long-term and short-term. He stuck with me during a very hard part of my life when I was difficult to treat, and no one has ever done that before. That means a lot to me.

Before you consider MindPath Health, I strongly urge you to check the Better Business Bureau. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. After more than a decade of consulting various psychiatrists, I've never encountered as many billing and scheduling issues as I did at this facility. Shockingly, I was even billed for appointments I never attended. And don't assume that having insurance coverage will safeguard you, as they might even overcharge your provider. Furthermore...

Mindpath is the worst. They take advantage on their psych patients disabilities. When they know your condition, they get you on telemedicine and cancel your appointment asap if you’re running late by 2-3mins. Then they charge you a $60 no show fee. Even if the no show was related to a technical connection issue on their end. The building department has no authority to remove these $60 no-show fees. The management team doesn’t call you back to discuss. The tech-support team issues you a case n...

Appointment was great. The doctor made me feel heard and understood what I was talking about which was a relief. The app is terrible though. I couldn’t fill out any of the paperwork prior to my appointment. I also can request an appointment. It lets me on the page but none of the drop down menus work so I can’t select anything.

Only went to 3 appointments told I was covered then they turn around and say I wasn't and then charged me 400. When trying to follow up was mocked by staff. Horrible place horrible people

My Doctor is great. I've been going there for mental help for over 5 years now. I've done telehealth for the past 3 years and had no problems with any of my sessions.
