It should never be this difficult to get ahold of someone- anyone at this facility. My loved one is there, and he was put on a unit that apparently doesn’t deserve therapy/group therapy/ any activities that the other units are awarded. He is basically staring at a wall waiting for the meds to works so he can come home. Even the most underfunded, ghetto, unprofessional hospitals that we have experienced- does some form of therapy during the 2 week stay. I can’t get ahold of one person to tell ...

Maybe I'll get a call back if a leave a bad review. Communication is not their strong point. If parents have 50/50 custody of children and you tell them they have to call both parents... They don't. I'm still waiting for a call since 7 days ago. I've left so many voicemails and no call

I was doing really bad mentally not to mention my substance abuse but these guys saved me from myself! Yes, they have phone time 8am-10am then 6pm-8pm but hello were there to recover we cant get triggered by a phone call that’s why are phones shoes and ect.) are put away safely till we get out can’t complain I was fed breakfast, lunch, dinner I had the best staff taking care of me as well as the patients that were there when I was there ( I believe August 2023 )

This place did help me some what but my experience was horrible the staff don’t even keep their patients settled down i was assaulted by people in there and staff just watched most of the time. I tried to leave many times because the fights and the abuse was way to much for me and my own mental health but they never cared and just denied me because “they had to see how my meds affected me” when I literally went without my medication for two whole days

I've been trying to get a hold of my bf through phone call as I don't live in America. We're on LDR and the only way I could reach him when he's at the hospital is by calling their hotline. I've been calling since morning yet they keep forwarding the call over and over, I've never gotten to speak with the patient I needed to talk to. There's this one time that they will pick up then hang up. I called again to know why, I was told Sundays phone time is 1pm to 1:30pm so I waited until that time...

This was my 3rd time being there and I will say my first 2 times were really helpful but this last time was not: I had managed to sneak some pills into this place and I then overdosed that same night I got there. The next day I woke up and I was high out of my mind and I was for the next 3 days. I barely remember anything but I can say that they definitely had to know, I was falling asleep and was barely able to talk clearly. Once I told them I was put on suicide watch and they didn’t give me...

Poor communication. RN running the department and making executive decisions on programs. RN not licensed to do therapy and make therapeutic decisions. Chaotic environment and no support from upper management. Over crowded program designated area that is not conducive for adolescents due to adult patients being able to mingle as they please. Bias treatment of patients. Rumors and gossiping prevelant of site.
