In general this is a really good facility. After the pandemic there is a understaffed over booked kind of feeling but that is at every medical facility. I'm satisfied with my medical care. The Lt. Col. Luke Weathers Jr. VA is always changing. They have built a new parking garage to address the parking issues. They have volunteers riding around in carts to give you a lift. Being disabled, that is a plus. It's a learning hospital so there are a lot of up and coming UT doctors there. I a...

Received a letter from a VA Department on 1 April 2024 in the mail. The letter was dated 15 March 2024. It stated that I was required to contact them within 15 days of the letter to schedule an appointment. Even though I explained to the individual I just received the letter yesterday afternoon, 17 days after the date of the letter, the ineffective individual on the phone couldn't help. She stated "I don't control how or when the letter is sent or mailed. You have to request another cons...

I’m getting annoyed that no one from eligibility answers the phone ? I’ve been up there twice to ask about my Va health card ( get access to the base ) I haven’t received my access card and it’s been 2 weeks . All I need is an update or did my stuff get lost in transit ? I don’t want to have to take that drive to the Va and just randomly pop up but I see I’ll have too bc no one answers the phone or at least hire ppl that’s gone answer the phone & do their job ?

I only have 5 stars to give the VA in Memphis, TN! I've been going there for years now. The staff is so nice, and the doctor and nurses always answers any questions or concerns I have. The hospital is clean and the security is the best! So, thank you VA in Memphis, TN for helping veterans live a better life!

I give this place a -100 stars. I had to click 1 star to post. This place has canceled numerous appointments for my father. When he has been able to actually see a Dr, they don't listen to him, and he has a mass on his chest and has lost a significant amount of weight in a very short period of time. He coughs blood, blurred vision, memory loss, fatigue, shortness of breath, chest pain, can't stand, walk, and sleep I can go on. I'm reporting this to the highest level I can

Customer Service was Amazing. My husband had to go to the orthopedic and we didn't have a long wait. One of the staff members was loved my mask she said that it's a conversation starter lol. We chatted about what I do and how I work from home as a Travel Agent. I love the VA they take care of my husband and I will tell everyone about the VA.
