Had my first child here. Doctors left my baby inside my belly for hours knowing he had his first bowel movement at the beginning of labor. Got an emergency c-section thankfully my baby was okay but ingested a lot of his own feces and had to go to nicu so I couldn’t even hold him after they cut him out of me. This could have turned out extremely bad… Also during labor I had doctors who were rude as could be!!! As if it’s HARD for them to help ME with MY 30 hr labor!!! I had some females ignore...

I had an appointment at my doctors office on 3/7 and my doctor decided to send me over here to labor and delivery for extended monitoring of my baby. I left with two scars that I didn’t have before one from the IV that was stabbed into my arm and another one from the monitor that either was too tight, or that was on for too long. I was told that Dr. Farris would come and see me before she left for the day but instead, I was left to see the young doctor for the overnight shift. She came in and ...

Absolutely horrible experience in the ER. Very low level of care quality. I lived for 15 years in developing countries and never saw a situation like this. We waited for over 7 hours in a bleak ER hallway after my father was rushed to the hospital by ambulance after suffering a stroke. No treatment, no regular check-ins, no response to multiple requests for help, no consistent vital sign monitoring. My father finally soiled himself after our requests for a bedpan were ignored, and it took me ...

After having procedures earlier that day at 8:00 am. Around 9:30 am I was sent to the Emergency Room because of my Blood Pressure being to high. Everything was good in the beginning once I got in a room with a curtain and a chair only. Nurse Tiffany did my IV and got labs. Later a young intern doctor came in and stated labs and x-ray’s was going to be done and I would be admitted for chest pains. Then I was taken for a CT Scan only one machine was working so I waited for hours. Upon getting ...

My wife was admitted to the ER two weeks ago after experiencing pervasive neck, shoulder, and chest pain. She is a cancer survivor. The nurses and doctors were attentive, supportive, and provided her with an excellent level of care. They responded as quickly as they could, especially given the fact that as a trauma center, they constantly receive patients from all across the state. Tests were performed quickly and both doctors and nurses kept us frequently updated during her stay. This is th...

Labor and Delivery team is so amazing! My daughter had to be transferred here for emergency preterm labor. The staff was top notch in every possible situation. Dr. Royck is the most knowledgeable Dr. I have ever met. I’ve been in the medical field over 10 years and I will be referring anyone in his area who has a high risk pregnancy to see him! I trusted him with my daughter and granddaughter. Everything we went through at this hospital they made the situation the most comfortable and hopef...

Horrible experience!!! If you or your loved one needs help go elsewhere!! Went there due to my husband having a very bad gallbladder attack the worse he has ever had. My husband yelled in pain and threw up for a hour in a half before what we assumed was the nurse came and spoke with him. She one looked like she could care less what was going on and told us to give her a few mins and she was just putting some things/ test in the system. We thought that was a good sign and we should be called B...

The ER is a garbage. SORRY to write this. They make patients wait for hours with no result. It was a simple visit could be done quicker than I thought. The doctors are lazy and don’t know anything about the problem. I would suggest that Savannah administration work on this situation.
