The intentions are really good but they talk to you like a number. Be prepared to get talked to like your the stupidest person ever. Everyone thinks they are better than you.

This facility is the best by far. I've went to 5 different treatment places but this one is different. They treat you like family here and don't look down on you because you have the awful disease of addiction! My counselor has so much compassion for her clients. Jim the program mgr. Will also help you anyway he can. I would recommend this place to everyone wanting help!

Lifesaver 100% The staff do their jobs and as far as people using outside the clinic well if those people whom really want to be in a better place will be doing the right thing if they are not ready to start over and make a change then you cannot put the blame on the staff a big part of my recovery has been the trust with my counselor and the other people in my day to day life. So if you are not ready for change you can't put blame on those whom you are lying to when they are doing their j...

Unit manager Adam is firm but does his job better than any unit manager in the Charlotte area Thats guaranteed He'll take everything you have if he has to but if follow the rules and make efforts you are treated with a fresh start Even if not doing well when you first start About 3/4 the counselors are humans with feelings The others act like probation officers and need to realize this is a treatment unit Not a prison There job is to help clients get better not do detective work to figure o...

The counselors don't do their jobs. Several ppl are using outside the clinic but the clinic doesn't consistently drug test enough to catch them. Someone is going to end up dead bc of these this place. Also, several ppl are selling their take homes. Its been going on for 6 years now.

Best place to get the help you need, the counselors, nurses and the rest of the staff show they really care and no one gets judged on weather its a disease or by choice, absolutely the best place to go.
