Staff was really nice after taking my 500$ cash and enroll me in the alcohol classes due to surgeries and COVID. I wasn't able to attend the rest of the classes when I got better, I tried to pick up were I left off they told me that I was released from program and they kept my money and I wasn't able to return to program if I didn't pay. No offense there is other patients on financial help programs and cause I was able at the time pay it in full they thought they can squeeze another 500 out o...

Some of staff are ugly toward you. They do not do there Job correctly. I am sick with even fever cause counseled did not write correct notes down. The never refered me as the were suppose to do. The are responsible if something should happen to me. I just had to call amy attorney on this. Find somewhere else to go if you need help. A place that has been through what your going through cause this place the staff has not suffered so they put you off. Waiting for the higher up man to call. Let's...

These people are extremely incompetent. It is almost as if they don't listen. I would not recommend it to anybody. Update- I wanted to appeal the charges per my rights and the communication was now non-existent. Nobody ever called me back about me getting a appeal. Then they sent the debt to SCDOR (without granting me my appeal) and they are threatening me. No option is better than these people. They are HORRIBLE evil people.

I've been on a waiting list to start adsap classes for 3 months. The first counselor quit and left me not hearing anything for weeks. I finally got in touch with a new counselor that said they were booked up. Im still waiting to start my 8 weeks of classes. I haven't had any violations in fifteen years. Please step up , and help me get my drivers license. Thank you.

This "treatment" facility is the BIGGEST SCAM and an INSULT to ANY addict seeking help. You'd be better off getting random strangers to help. The ONLY thing this worthless place does is take advantage of people seeking help. The food is paid for using Food Stamp benefits from other ripoff treatment facilities - which is illegal. The Staff are uneducated, disheveled looking lackys who could care less rather you have an actual treatment plan or rehab facility to get into upon release. I wa...
