Lifetime Recovery Treatment Center is a non-profit organization that addresses drug abuse and alcohol addiction through outpatient and inpatient rehab programs. The goal is to design a comprehensive program that incorporates several modalities, including evidence-based therapies and holistic treatment options. The facilities are located in Bexar County with the residential program specifically housing men. Services include CBT, group therapy, community interaction, motivational enhancement therapy, behavior modification, medication management, 12-step meetings, and nutritional education to name a few. Outpatient services are offered to men and women, consisting mostly of individual and group therapies that allow individuals to discuss various topics with their clinicians and peers. Clients are never turned away based on their inability to pay, and Lifetime Recovery actually prioritizes helping individuals with little to no financial means.

The program was top notch, all the counselors were excellent and the information given allowed me to put myself together and grow so much stronger with God. I would highly recommend this program that actually gives you tools to work with. The reason for the one star review is the dorms are infested with bed bugs so bad that I was taken to the ER for it. Over 100 bites on just one arm. It has been a problem there for well over 16 years according to the COO John Welch. John Welch left me with a...

I reached out to Lifetime Recovery and received a call this morning. The man asked me if I had insurance. I told him no. He turned me away for any services. So, when you read that no one will be turned down for services due to an inability to pay as it is written on Lifetimes website, it is a lie.

This place is a complete JOKE. 2 of the Counselors are rude and contradicting (Except the one big guy who used to be in the military) They say no judging but if your in there for just marijuana they throw you into the same pool as heroin and meth addicts and tell you that you have a disease no matter what even if you just smoke weed. Do these morons not realize how contradicting there whole curriculum is? For example today they got so lazy and didn’t have anything to “teach” us that we had to...

Complete waste of time, the only reason I keep attending is because it’s mandatory that I do. You never learn anything that you’re supposed to, the instructors always go way off topic. If you think whomever is gonna not want to do drugs after spending time here, you’re wrong. I’ll say 9/10 patients probably even do drugs while they’re in the class. Pathetic excuse for a “recovery center”

I'm giving it a 2 because Parenting Classes went Great as well as Group Counseling with the ladies that work there awesome Job, but not so well with my Individual Counselor Cindy Salinas who was acting more like a probation officer then my Counselor, drops me mid way thru my program even after I called her tried to make things right she was rude hangs up on me and doesn't even make an attempt to help me finish the program.
