Linda Pierre Paul was my prescriber. She just started yelling at me over Zoom, she then called on my cell twice after meeting was over. She couldn't get her video to work and they kicked me out from the program. No referral, no taper of meds. Zero support. Her yelling and lecturing caused me to seizure for about 2 hrs. I do have sound sensitivity. I've never known anything as awful and unprofessional as Chad Hay and her. I truthfully needed my meds and I am not responsible for her IT Tech pr...

This place changed my life. Specifically the detox, and PPW program. Staff is amazing, the support is amazing. I’m so grateful for the information I learned there and continue to use in my daily life. If you wanna change your life, you’re ready for sobriety, you have children under 5 or are pregnant, or even if you just want to go by yourself, this can be your sanctuary.

EDIT TO ADD: my partner was finally admitted to detox. We spoke to multiple people on the phone and they stated that he would be able to bring a handheld game that doesn’t connect to WiFi or a computer. When he got there they took them away saying no one would have approved that, when I heard them say otherwise. They said that he would allow him to have visitation once in residential, then said that he could not. The girls who work in detox are some of the most unprofessional, rude people I h...

I was soooooo excited about impatient treatment but, I get nothing but the run around!! ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING NEW! They pull random files for….?? I don’t even remember what for!!! To make sure everything was in order. I go to the office for my assessment and I get sent office to office. Finding out, the FIRST office was the correct one! Staff is really nice! I’ll say the UA office needs to know where they’re sending people!! I missed the assessment because of them. I’m excited about this place...

Outpatient is great, it's flexible, virtual and there are some great counselors. I've yet to encounter a bad group of individuals in my sessions, everyone is usually copacetic and gets along with one another. This review is NOT for inpatient treatment, only ZOOM VIRTUAL OUTPATIENT.

I recently stayed in inpatient here for 5 days. I felt welcomed and comfortable with all of the staff here. They shared their own experiences and gave me hope to the other side of one's healings journey. They wash your clothes when needed, they provide you toiletry items and provide a fresh dinner every day. Food is always available: sandwiches, salads, leftovers, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal... etc. They helped me get on a new medication and I have also heard from other patients that they were p...

A mens residential staff member possibly selling vapes, posting pictures to facebook from within residential, and having relationships with former clients. How is that professional?
