Find a better mental health provider. These people will lie to you, hang up on you if they don’t feel like helping you and leave you without your medication even when you’re past the refill date and are completely out of them. Kerry, Margaret, Luis - my mother and I spoke to all 3 of you today. My mother also spoke to Kerry 2 days ago when she supposedly put through my prescription refill request through. She then tried to tell her isncould take 2 days for the fax to reach the pharmacy. Kerry...

Just another useless Mental Health Organization & reason our country doesn't give a flying wild f%$k about Mental Health. Took someone down last week, they were very helpful just no Clinician was available for the insurance they carried. Was told that several clinicians will have available slots at a first come first serve basis & that I can call ahead. Now as I'm calling them twice now. First time given the run around about not having authorization paperwork to release info to me, when I'm ...

After speaking to a Living Room worker and explaining the situation my patient was in and after obtaining info, worker said to send my patient there without any indication of only servicing patients with substance abuse. When patient showed he was told it was only for substance abuse patients and that the only reason we sent my patient there was "because we were only trying to get rid of him." Super unprofessional and down right false accusations especially after calling around different plac...

Front desk is too incompetent to do their job correctly and keep me on a waitlist. I was told that I would be waiting for 8 weeks to be seen. Well, two months passed and I call asking to know where I am on the waitlist. I get told that I was never put on a waiting list and that I would have to wait a whole year. This is absurd and downright shameful.

Staff is very rude. Not all but some. Cleaning the kitchen at 5am very loud. Then when I politely asked for earplugs I was rudely brushed off and told "there's nothing on". Very dismissive and careless of the needs of those who stay here. Was told by one staff member the tv goes off every night at 11 pm. During the shift change, a different staff member took over and claimed there is no set time that the blaring TV gets shut off. I was forced up till around 12:45 dealing with excruciating an...

Consistently break client confidentiality agreements. Address trauma patients as "well others have had it worse." Even went so far as to ask why the patient was even still showing up, when they weren't comfortable talking after consistent abuse from the "therapist". Maybe it's just the one therapist, but if they find the person to be employable, it speaks volumes about their care for their patients.

The detox in spfld, ma is only good for people with no insurance or for those with any form of Masshealth who have no choice but to go to a state funded facility. When I say state funded I mean you will receive minimal services and care, and be housed in a run down, extremely uncomfortable facility with overworked and understaffed personnel. There are staff that care and then there is staff that just work there. I understand you can't expect much when your receiving state-funded services. Thi...
