I have read the 1* reviews and it seems like frustrated and one sided hyperbole in many cases. I do agree that calling them can be.. Less than productive at times. My care team, Sarah, Jackie and Nelya, have all been quite caring and engaged with me in meaningful ways. Teaching me new skills and opening my mind to alternate ways of thinking. I likely would not have made it this long without them. :)

You will be invalidated and gaslit. This place is the reason I'm terrified of mental health "treatment". They treated me like a child, who was also a criminal? Although I'm neither. Everything was on their time, and if I ever had a problem with the times and dates, they would shame me and tell me that I NEEDED to be seen. Jackie Hall, the psychiatrist, told me that I caused my own disorder, which is totally not true first of all, and secondly, even if it was true, what was the motivation to t...

They took away my rights. I’m driving there now to talk to them. Will update (Theather thorn) she said: “I probably can do it this afternoon.” Like “can probably”? I said do you not have a schedule? She needs to be fired. I spoke to the manager and he said he will give her training. Will update review on Monday. A+ to the manager for professionalism.

Dr. Anna Williamson, and Ellen Thornton Love knew my child had previous suicide attempts. Told nobody, made no plan, put her on dangerous meds for a child that is suicidal. My 14 year old daughter took her life 5 months after seeing these people. We found out about her attempts from her death certificate. When we started asking why, they ostracized us. Did nothing to help our grieving family, in fact making it much worse by telling all our daughters therapist (at a different practice) not to...

I really love my therapist Noni and peer support from Ann. They offer many different groups and classes that have helped me grow and heal.

I went in and filled out paperwork almost a month ago and they said I would be contacted in 5-7 days. I moved from another county and needed to start psychiatric care and be able to get my medication refilled. They never contacted me, so I tried calling twice and was transferred to a supervisor's voice-mail both times. I called again today and found out I had been denied but they couldn't tell me why. It's so frustrating and stressful.
