I am not sure why there are so many less than stellar reviews here. I had a traffic citation that required me to get a drivers safety plan and clinical assessment here, and they took incredible care of me. The young woman that I was assigned to took so much time to really understand me and take care of everything the way it needed to be done. She was beyond amazing and I suggest that if you have to come through here that you request her by name. Her name is Ashley R. Newell, and she is just w...

The nurse, Diane, is super condescending and rude. Someone calling might be in a crisis, and her attitude could lead them to harm themselves. I can handle it, but it's irritating. I've contacted her multiple times, and she is always like this. I no longer go here, but Diane's attitude and phone etiquette needs adjusting. I used to work in healthcare in hospitals, so I understand it's a frustrating field, but when you're dealing with mental health patients, you need to have some empathy and at...

Make it difficult to schedule telemed appointments and require that you work around the providers schedule, not considering what patient schedules look like. Also, they don't have patient portal so I can't even see my chart notes. Provides little to no help to those is desperate need of mental health assistance.

If you are considering Journey, don't. The most help I ever received was from my Personal Coordinator and not from any Psychiatrists. Psychs wouldn't listen to what I'd have to say (even when I had facts backing me up) and would complain about how little they were paid. There was no reasoning with some people so steer clear. Edit: I have spoken quite a bit with the Client's Rights specialist, I only do not mention her by name specifically out of respect for her.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! What kind of Dr you hsvr working here. I came to this place seeking help and I have been through 11 Psychiatrist and 14 therapist. All left after one maybe 2 visits. My psyc literally told me there is no hope for me and lied to my other Dr's about things. I'm not kidding my appointments with her were less and 10 minutes each time and she still gets paid for the full hour. My care coordinator and her supervisor advised me to go elsewhere because they agreed that that I was ...

I have been working with Emily Hamm and today 10/19/2023 she told me I had to choose DBT or she could no longer work with me. What kind of therapist says that? I have been dealing with a defiant kid who is completing out of control and everyone I have been working with has turned against me. These people are extremely unprofessional

I really wish I could Rate zero. I had intake In February. Didn't find out until two months later yall didn't take my insurance. After countless times the therapist reached out to try to get my medication before I ran out. She was fired. Meds ran out and all I get is we're sorry. Then you blame the therapist for not doing your job. Get it together, stop screwing people who reach out and need help.

Absolutely terrible. Staff is rude and doesn’t communicate clearly. If there was another place to go in Dane county I would in a heartbeat. Condescending and terrible people to have for a job that wants to “help” people. More like take advantage.
