Going here currently and here's my experience. Case managers don't return phone calls. They want to experiment with established medication regimens without any good explanation. Especially when asked directly . Giving contradictory information by RN who couldn't even be bothered to come into the office. All in all an unsatisfactory experience and I'm 42 years old with a lifetime of experience with mental health care. This is the worst facility I have ever been to in 30 years of treatment ...

I'm giving 3 stars only because I have a good therapist and a good NP (after having several others) now but I have to do my appointments by phone because I have severe OCD. The problem with that is that I had an appointment today at 9:30 and they called 22 minutes early! They've done this before and it's not good! Today I especially needed to talk to her but I missed the call, of course. I had set my alarm so I'll be ready (as I always do) for the call 15 minutes early just in case. My anxiet...

Diana's IOP class was amazing! She taught me manyforms of recovery techniques, from getting to the root of my using issues, meditation, tapping techniques - the list goes on as to how she's extremely educated in the field of recovery. I learned so much about myself and new coping mechanisms! Thank you Diana and Joe Johnson!!

Only go here if you want your mental health to plummet. I’m discontinuing getting treatment Joe Johnson for a few reasons. 1. My medication is never filled at an adequate time frame at my pharmacy. The drs never even approve my refills half the time. 2. I started here to get treated for my adhd & it’s been months still no records have been obtained from my previous doctor who prescribed them when I was an adolescent & no further talk of it has happened. 3. I feel like my needs are being negle...

Don't bother they will throw blood pressure meds at you for anxiety and then tell you to go f yourself when you have reactions to it. Pathetic excuse for mental help. Please avoid this place like the plauge for your own mental safety.

My fiance went here. Everything in the CSU was covered by grants and we didn't pay a penny for her 5 day stay with a room, bedding, breakfast lunch and dinner, warm to hot showers and medication!! Nowhere is perfect but she said she enjoyed her stay and that all the staff, including security were nice and respectful. I would recommend this place to anybody who is seeking crisis or stabilization help. It's completely free and they provide good quality of care!

This place is ridiculous. They talk to you for a second and write you a bunch of stuff you don't need. Instead of administering the correct tests to get the correct diagnosis. They are rude. They are not very helpful. They prescribed me a medication that is 1300 dollars after my insurance pays on it, and they refuse to charge it. Then I found out that it's for something I'm not diagnosed with. I have been told by my provider that " our conversation was already to long " after talking with...

I wanted to give this place a try even tho they had really bad reviews. I have no problem getting my sons medicine from his dr. But I thought it would be good for him to have therapist also besides a psychiatrist. You get so many calls just to get an appointment, then the psychiatrist calls you for the evaluation. Then they give you an appointment to the center. I get there today and sign him up. After 30m waiting they tell me the dr that’s going to see him doesn’t see kids under 13. That is ...
