I went there 3 years ago. I thanked Michael for his help and I'm very sorry to hear he was fired. He was a blessing. I started going again a little over a year ago now but now it seems the staff have to cancel alot due to illness or just being on vacation or late for morning appointments. Makes it hard for me because I have to tell my boss my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled so we have to find coverage for my work schedule. Other than that when they are available they are helpful. ...

I have mixed feeling after going there for 2 years but as time goes on, they just seems to be getting worse and worse. They do offer a lot of services and accepts Medicaid. They only have 1 psychiatrist for hundreds of patients, so the wait time is about 4 months even being a patient. Their activities are fun but they change the times all time which is frustrating. They fired Michael, the only therapist in Alaska that does neurofeedback which was probably the worst decision they could ever ma...

The care I receive her is phenomenal! The progress I've accomplished with the support of my team is amazing, I'm consistently treated with dignity and respect my privacy is well protected and I consider Jahmi's to be the best facility I've ever worked with. I've been receiving care for over 10 years and I'm happy to have found a mental health facility that makes me feel like a friend and not just a client.

Why is your phychitrist JIM so incompetent? Every month he doesn't do his job to call in my prescriptions and the correct dosages and i always have to pay (now over $200) and never have my meds on time. He talks down to me and doesn't properly inform me on my medications. He also has checked me out on multiple occasions. I will be filling multiple complaints. 7 months of this. Are you kidding me? You are not fit to take care of women or help new mother's or the population of poor and misplac...

Helped me, help myself in overcoming personal problems at a reasonable price. It's still a work in progress, and I attend. They provide reminder calls, and their receptionists are timely. Sometimes I can just walk in and they know who and at what time and already notify the staff I'm there to see. I highly recommend this place to those that 'know they're in pain, and not sure why', at least, in mental troubles. Thank you Bridgette and Staff.

They're a very nice organization. But they can be pretty strict, yet nice, very patient, but fair. If you have mental health issues, and you need to place a loved one, or yourself into a place where they will help you, then this is the place to go.☺

Receptionist was pretty rude on the phone, had a general disinterest in my call or concerns. I finally asked to be transferred to a specific providers Voicemail and was not transferred to who I asked.

A very friendly place to go. If you have a drug or alcohol problem, depression or anxiety issues, feeling suicidal, or just need a counselor to speak to. This is the place to go. They also have a nurse practitioner on staff.
