Great place. The counselors and nurses are really great. They are kind, compassionate people who really want to help. Just don’t be late! They do lock those dosing entrance doors exactly when they close, as they should. But as long as you are through the doors, you’ll get your dose. The other patients may look a bit rough, but everyone is pretty decent and just trying to get through the day, same as everyone else. But yeah, your first day will be long, and it’s pretty cold in the building, ev...

Besides being promised that I would get take homes at the beginning because I got my paperwork from my prior clinic faxed to the center. Well take homes didn't happen so that was disappointing. However, I will give the nurses 5 stars especially the lady in booth one today and yesterday. Also 5 stars to Nikki in booth 2. There is another nurse who has been so nice as well I believe she is in 3 or 4 but she remembers my conversations with her which is cool. She knew I was scared to get to the ...

This clinic has made huge improvements in customer care. Four years ago there was stigma I believe present as patients were treated with disrespect at every turn one would have to wait outside in the rain and snow to be dosed. The building was dirty and they were grossly understaffed. There’s been a complete turnaround and I’m so happy to be able to witness positive change. The nurses especially are fabulous, as well as Martel. Everyone wants to credit Martel, but I tell you what if he is th...

I'm editing my comment because there have been a few problems with the clinic. 1. The urin drug screen nurse is very rude and disrespectful to myself and other patients. 2. Some employees like to talk about the patients which I find highly uncalled for because they are supposed to help the patients not gossip and spread rumors!! So changing from a 5 star to a 1. I recommend this clinic. The front desk receptionist Brittany does an outstanding job. She is the first person you will meet when y...

I'm giving 5 stars to the nursing team especially their leader LaKanses I think that's how you spell her name she has really turned this place around for the positive for staff and patients. She is stern but truthful, and honest she don't give us the run around like a lot of others I always thought she was the Director because she is always on the front line helping patients and their family. The nurses is why my family comes daily. Thank you Nurses for Caring.

Have been coming here for a couple years. Without the wonderful, team of counselors, nurses and lab staff, I would have never made it this far in my sobriety trip. Shout out to nurse Steph, for always encouraging me to work on my goals of getting my RN back. This place is a wonderful program for those who are serious about getting their “old” life back. Thanks to all of you 💜

I know without the clinic I wouldn't be here today. On February 23rd 2018 three days after my Birthday I was way passed my rock bottom and sick and tired of being sick and tired and my best friend drove and I followed him there and he saved my life. The nurses are awesome and I love it here they don't look at us any different than just normal people.

The front staff is always so nice and welcoming. I appreciate how friendly the front office staff is including their manager Erica. If they were not so friendly I would quit the clinic because of the unfriendly help from the nursing manager Lacanza!!Very rude individual!!! Thanks Erica for all your help, God bless❤️
