There are no words that I can write that can tell you how much this facility means to me. The people that show up everyday are nothing short of heroes to me. I'm writing again to tell everyone how the Clinic has absolutely went above and beyond, taking all measures committed to it's patients well being and safety. Terry, Barb, Margaret, Lauren, my personal favorite counselor, Kelvin, just to name a few are all the people who keep me alive. I have moments, but they get me through them. And tha...

A lot of your quality of life in treatment here is going to depend on which counselor you get. I have had Greaaaaattttt counselors here who are very helpful and not overly strict when you have earned that right but I've also had others who are not great counselors and clearly do not want to be there. (ROSSI IF YOU SEE THIS PLEASE COME BACKKKKK YOU ARE MISSED DEARLY!)

So I can't say this is a review, but more of a question. My husband and I currently live in Washington State and have attended Evergreen Treatment services for almost 9 years. We are both monthly methadone dosers. I receive liquid and my husband is prescribed the tablets. We are working on moving out to Alabama to be with family and wanted to try and have something in live for our treatment, so my question is do you prescribe tablet dosing, and if not do you or anyone know where we can get he...

The idea of this place is good and some of the counselors are great but how the place is ran Margret and the other lady that is over the counselors on the other side are horrible people they change rules and obligations to fit what ever they want it’s frustrating and if your just starting I would recommend somewhere else because this place will stress you out to the max, and for some people that will cause them to relapse, and the point of the whole thing is to get help that you need but this...

This clinic is awful to their patients and will cause you to relapse plus go crazy just deal with these people. They want your money or medical insurance and nothing else. Their methadone has flakes of (sugar crystals) floating all in it that used to never be in it so the methadone is old or improperly stored. If the Dr. there gets your health information it's the same as getting a loud speaker and riding down the road telling everyone. I have had HIPPA violated twice at this clinic and nothi...

Huntsville Metro has helped me out tremendously from opioid addiction. The staff is very nice and easy to get along with and the director is always polite and positive. Additionally I absolutely love my counselor. She’s amazing and always doing everything she can to help. I attended the clinic for 10 years and of the three I’ve attended this one is the best.
