Terrible. Offered no help or guidance basically a place to keep you for 3 days then kick you out regardless if i wanted to stay an extra day. Very ghetto, all of the nurses are non american and theres a guy with a headlamp who has a clip board he doesnt say a word to anyone he just busts in the door every 15 mins while we sleep. Im very surprised that place is still in operation. They didnt even give me antibiotics for 26 hours nevermind my normal meds. Terrible place please choose southcoast...

Great programming filled with information that anyone can benefit from. Virtual training is set up well and both in person and virtual attendees are tended to with care. Breaks are built into the day as well as meetings with clinicians. Very easy to navigate. I recommend this to anyone looking to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

I was in Triangle twice now. I returned this time because I thought it was well put together the last time I was in (a little over a year ago). I am sad to say, I feel there is a lot of miscommunications with Clinicians. Dates of discharge, paperwork that needed to be filled out and never did... Nothing like these important matters happened with the other clinicians I worked with in Triangle in the past. I ended up having to give time sensitive paperwork to outside providers to fill out when ...

Wonderful. I did the outpatient program that met 3 nights a week after work and I highly recommend it to anyone who might be on the fence. It can be scary admitting that you might need some extra support during a hard time; but you will be welcomed and comforted to know you’re not alone and have skilled clinicians running the groups. Thank you everyone!

I have been treated by all treating clinicians and medical staff, with what everyone should be: dignity, professionalism and respect. My only criticism- isn’t really. I hope they are able to up their game technologically. I have learned a great deal and have felt supported along the way.

My sister was off her medication and attempted to end her life. She is pregnant and was promised a bed in the women’s only unit. When she arrived she was dumped into the co-Ed unit and was being denied her medication for 24 hours. The only medication the unit forced her to take was a sedative given to the entire unit. The staff is clearly worn out and not mentally capable themselves to be caring for patients. I am my sister’s health proxy and called to check in. They said they didn’t know who...

I have been in program twice now and both have been a positive experience. I learned so much about myself while engaging in conversations to help me grown. The clinicians are always so supportive allowing the most optimal recovery for your treatment goal(s). Honestly, I know nothing about the hospital itself, but the clinicians and group leaders are top notch!!
