Staff is caring and down to earth, they don’t judge and all are very pleasant. It’s a very safe, clean environment. Lots of recovery meetings, very easy to find a clinician if you need help or to make a phone call. Would most definitely recommend!

They put me into prewithdwarwl ! I was absolutely fine and had told them I could wait even longer before they have me subtex. They didn't want to listen to me and gave me it anyway. I left an hour afterwards. Never trust these nurses ! The food sucks they don't have a toaster. Raisin brand and rice crispy for cereal. Popsicles for snacks in winter. Food was nasty besides breakfast. Cute and friendly boy staff is the only upside to being there The girl doctor didn't wanna prescribed me my ...

Very great rehab and very grateful staff. All the people and staff are nice there. The staff are very friendly, nice, respectful, careful, kind, loving people and the staff are there for you whenever you need them. This is the first ever rehab I ever went to. They have AA meetings 7 days a week they are mandatory. For food they have stuff like London broil and tacos chili. If you don’t want the hot meal they have sandwiches. The food doesn’t taste like regular rehab food the food is very edib...

FROM: ROBERT PHIPPS The overall experience was good. The staff is great. The doctors are great. There is however a problem in the chain of command and there is not much oversight of the patients but the program has very well clinicians and staff members. It just needs a little discipline in its program and if you're not there to take it serious, you should be kicked out. There is enough people that will take it serious and if you're not going to use that bed correctly, get out of that place....

I was inpatient for 8 days and moved on to a halfway house in the Boston area. Food was pretty good. Gordon's 10 a.m groups were always something to look forward to! Commitments every night also another fav of mine! I had a terrific experience and would recommend this CSS to anyone! Thanks Highpoint for giving me a bed!

What a great treatment facility. This place saved my life. The staff is absolutely great. Especially Rob M he's a solid dude and really down to earth. It's such a shame that he was set up. The girls were bragging about getting the guy in trouble for fun after it happened.

I was there this Sept 21st to Nov 1st. It was my first and only rehab. So I have nothing to compare it with. But I'm glad I went there. The staff was friendly and empathetic. The clinicians were very helpful. Mine was Kenny. Awesome guy. Gorgan was a riot. Loved his groups. I still make my bed everyday lol. It's not as bad as some of the comments I've seen. Im glad I went and I'm sober today cause I did. And that's what master's. Helping people to get their life back. Thank you Highpoint.
