I had a mental health crisis last Summer and instead of helping me the VA mental health staff specifically, Linda Pennington and Denise Harris, made matters ten times worse on me. They never once sat back and considered my disabilities that affected how I handled all the extra stress they were adding to my life. I now have cops fondle me whenever I come in the hospital and follow me around the hospital like I’m a common criminal. I’m a disabled veteran, but they don’t care how you’re treated....

I have received healthcare at several VA Hospitals in the United States. The level of care here at Hershel "Woody" Williams VAMC exceeds them all. The friendliness of the staff and their honest concerns for whatever health related issues you are facing is phenomenal. Hands down the best VA Hospital in the entire country.

Community Care office is a joke. When they say they will get back with you don't rely on that. You will have to call back just to find out nothing had been accomplished.

Great Hospital, Great Doctors been seeing Same Doc for 10 years she really does care

Clean facility, friendly staff, & mostly competent doctors. Parking can be a pain during peak hours. Don't settle. If your doctor isn't listening to you, switch. You can switch once per year. Thank you for your service!

The administration that handles community care needs to look out for Veterans alot better than they do! As a Veteran with Cancer being teated at At Ohio state university, I don't think I could get better care. But as in most cases the VA drops the ball again. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION AND TAKE CARE OF OUR VETERANS!

Probably one of the better hospitals in our area. Veterans have many needs as they’re aging. One can gripe about the parking or a simple lack of understanding, but in the over 40 years I’ve gone there, I think they’re best!
