I am in awe with this program. Management has all clients abiding rules that keep all clients protected. The senior case managers and case managers are a breath of fresh air, as well. The clients are eager to learn and offer friendship for all.

The worst, inconsistent, half *** program I have ever seen. People who suffer from mental health problems such as my uncle Need a routine!! They consistently "forget" to pick my uncle up everyday. All this program does is steal the states money and offers free snacks everyday! No type of routine, mental health treatment or consistency. The only thing that matters is medication management! So let's just drug these types of people and give them snacks a day, forget to pick them up and ask the...

Attended this program way back in the early 2000’s & had a client attack me & the program director she was totally mean to me & when I had a seizure I was told that I was not to ever return to this program because if I did the director she would not be held responsible for whatever happened to me. I took that personally & I never set foot again in there & I still don’t even know how the state lets this place stay open .

It's an ok program until someone bothers you and then you have to tell your case manager or the director of helping hands also the fact that we now have to wear masks in program so that we don't get the new virus lol and but the only time we don't wear them inside is when we are eating something after that gotta put them back on but some people don't know how to listen so then I tell my case manager on them or the director of helping hands! LoL😃

Great program that maintains daily contact with all individuals even on weekends, if necessary. This approach serves as a preventative measure that helps resolve barriers to access of care.
