Proof it is NOT the thought that counts! They will get a roof over your head, and YOU BETTER BE GREATFUL!!! Regardless of safety, cleanliness, health needs or habitability. Incredible opportunity to do so much good!!! To bad they can't be bothered.

So this place is a joke. They really don't help with hardly anything.we have been on a housing list for 9 years. We have been homeless for about 9 months. I don't understand some people that get a little athourity and act like they can control your life. There's a person there that acts like a boy but is a girl that needs some kind of wake up call . She is very abusive and forgets we're she came from homelessness. Other then that it's a good place

Did it help me I sat in the office met with a caseworker. Filled out all kinds of paperwork she called a couple times. Basically saying they have to get to know me before they help. While I was waiting on my caseworker to just sit and, fill out a bunch of paperwork another person comes in about getting a hotel because they were homeless they got to go with another caseworker to get help with a hotel because they were homeless. While I was waiting on my caseworker to just sit and, fill out a bunch of paperwork another person comes in about getting a hotel because they were homeless they got to go with another caseworker to get help with a hotel because they were homeless. While I’m sitting there homeless. Why was I not offered the same? It’s really sad I don’t even bother anymore with this place. Then to make matters worse I decided to send my son to live with my sister. I just couldn’t bear to see him like this anymore. I don’t get it though why weren’t we offered the same thing we needed housing a hotel would have been ok.

They will really help us to get a place, but we were told to line up at the wrong building so I went from being #2 in line to #10, then when they arrived they made us move the line which put me further behind. But once I got in and was seen things got much better.

They'll eventually help you but you MUST be relentless in communication with them otherwise you'll wait for weeks with no progress. You will be ignored if you don't keep on them. All they're processes forever

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Ashley & Toyer at 1660 while dropping off some nearly new clothes that we were no longer planning to keep.
