Heartview Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides evaluations, treatment services, and educational programs to residents throughout the North Dakota community. Once a client is evaluated, they will work closely with a team of addiction specialists to develop a program that is tailored to that specific person. Each program integrates both holistic and evidence-based therapies, including education, group therapy, medication assistance, yoga, acupuncture, spiritual guidance, creative arts therapies, anger management, and therapeutic fitness. Clients struggling with opioid dependency will receive access to a MAT program that provides medications like methadone, buprenorphine, and Vivitrol. Other available services include family programs and various supplemental programs that allow clients to be treated as a whole.

I was a patient at heartview for 3 years. I was forcibly kicked off methadone and out of the program for having a job, getting sick when they forcibly tapered me, and being 9 minutes late to an appointment. When I tried to discuss this with my doctor she didn't care at all about me or anything I had to say. I couldn't possibly recommend this place less if you're seeking additiction treatment and want to be treated like a human being. Nobody has ever made me feel worse about myself and my ment...

I started with a bad attitude the staff still worked with me even tho I'm a hard person to deal with sometimes I learned alot there it's helped me grow and look at life and myself in a better light and Bruce Carlson was the biggest help to me there I appreciate the help and the people that work there especially the lady who did my evaluation can't remember her name but good people all around

I've went to Heartview initially for inpatient and if I'm honest, I just wasn't ready to change my life so completely and as staff could tell. I was asked to leave. When. I approached Heartview again a few years later for some aftercare/ recidivism prevention, I was nervous. I needn't have worried though. Best place in the STATE!!! I love it there!! Most of the staff are in recovery themselves so no judgment! They have all been there done that!! So theres always someone to talk to if your feeling blue! Lindsay N Berta are the best! The receptionist Shyla is pretty awesome too!! Love this place so much they 4r helped me turn my self around I'd recommend this place 2 any1 wanting 2 get sober & stay sober..... && pretty much all the staff is in recovery as well so they SERIOUSLY know what ur going through!!!!
