Negative Stars!! I took my child out due to safety concerns. He had been threatened by multiple peers, his roommate tried to stab him with a pen, so staff had to hold him back and despite asking to be moved to another room, my child had to sleep in the room with a kid who tried to harm him. He was bullied by a staff member, who also included other residents in that. Total cover up there. Communication there was terrible. I had to stay on the place daily about it. I would call on average of 10...

They fired my girlfriend for being human and it’s straight up disgusting. Favoritism is a definite thing there, had COVID 2x working there because they’ll trick certain workers into working around sick residents that they never check on. Was promised gift cards that I never got for my services, have been disrespected by nurses and when I reported it I was told to “grow a pair” and laughed at like I’m a joke I’ve worked there for 4 years and was never treated with proper respect as a person.

As 15 year old female who went here. I can promises you do NOT want to place or punish your kids here. They will come out 10x times worse and more traumatized. Staff have mindsets just like the teens do. Staff fight children and even encourage fights and watch , as many kids get jumped or beat on. This no place for any child or teen! This place should be shut down!

I just spoke on the phone with Mr. Ferguson, asking questions and seeking help for my child. He was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, informative, understanding, he was human, and I can tell he cares and loves what he does, he was more than helpful!! My kiddo has been struggling their entire life, and as parents we know how hard it can be to find the right help, I have been in a place of not knowing where to start, what to do, who you call etc etc. Mr Ferguson gave me a burst of hope and I c...

Days went by , I did not hear back so I thought let me give them a call , that call turned into 3 messages being left . FINALLY recieved a call back from the director of HR stating I would receive another call the next business day with an offer , never recieved the call . I’ve left 2 messages , and still have not heard back ....

My grandson was there for 7 months. There were some bad experiences. That is not out of the ordinary as youth with mental health issues and drug related problems are there in a group setting. However, when he was released I could see a change in him. He has been home for 2 years and has been in no trouble what so ever, takes his medication on time and always goes to his counseling/therapy sessions, goes to school, and has a way improved attitude. Thanks for the help.

Gayzelle is horrible and the therapeutic rec team needs some organization as well. They treat the children unfairly and they are in horrible condition when they return home. Cps needs to investigate.

I had a child there to get help With self harm for 9 months and all they taught her was how to fight when she couldn’t handle situations with other peer or staff. The staff had no idea on how to work with her and her trauma. The staff put her in holds ( holds would Last over an hour sometimes )her belly with her arm behind her back. They even wrapped a towel around her head.Although she would complain that she couldn’t breathe they still continue to keep the towel on her face.Basically now they ...
