Steven is hands down the best director this place has had. I've been going here for five years. It's rare that there is more than a 10 min wait. Max 15-20 min on a busy day. Steven really tries to work with you with any situation that may arise. Marvlyn is a great counselor. Only frustration is having to do a take home group for phase up each month. That's a pain. If it was done last month, shouldn't have to do it again 3-4 weeks later. I think once every six months makes sense. Other than th...

I have been coming here for 6 years next month. This place has really helped me change my life. I now only go there once a month. I am now married, have a car, my own place, and a great job. I never in my life thought I would be where I’m at today. I thank god everyday that a place like this exists. Before I came here all I cared about was getting some more heroin to put in my veins. There have been a few issues with some of the nurses being rude or nasty but thankfully it only been a couple ...

I have a Telecounselor and I have never been treated with such hate in my life. I have no words to describe the feeling that I feel when we’re in session but just to say I feel so worthless she calls me out and makes me read and I have issues with my speech and it’s just like she sees it makes me uncomfortable and that’s what she feeds on my impairments. She cuts me down and does it in such a nice nasty way. She plays off like I’m not following directions and just makes me want to give up I ...

I was t...

I’ve been coming here for several years and can say that as the years pass the quality of care goes down. Due to my success with the program, NOT THAT THEY HELPED ME, I’m fortunate to just go twice a month since I get two weeks worth of methadone because of my success. That said, the wait times here are a joke. My counselor said it’s due to them not having adequate nursing staff, ONLY 2 WINDOWS OPEN! Perhaps if they treated the nurses better their attrition rates would be lower and then we co...

Since we have acquired a New Director, Stephen Davis, our clinic has REALLY turned around! There are no more long lines, the nurses and counselors alike, are happier, the environment, as one, alludes peaceful serenity. Truly a place where healing happens. Before Stephen arrived, it was a place of chaos, unorganized, and extremely stressful. He has the ability to see his staff's unrealized potential and promote them to positions that not only better suite them but better positions the comp...

If you can be self successful and just go there take your medicine and do it yourself come here. The support and managment is not here. They really need a re vamp ! First of all the have raised the prices 3x since I started going there. (1yr and half) It's 18$ there When it's 3$ across town. If you want a place that doesn't care and does the bare minimum to help come here. They got rid of all the people that really cared about you as a person being successful. There is no consistency I've had...
