One would think they could give him a mild narcotic for 2 or 3 days to help with they said was a pinched nerve. He was in and out fast which was great but when you do nothing that is not. Welcome to third world medicine. They cared more for him to answer if he smoked. Unacceptable. Never go here unlessxyou absolutely have to.

I brought my son to the ER here in early summer after an injury at school. They were polite, quick to get us checked in and the staff in the waiting area made sure he had fresh ice packs during his wait. They took x-rays and told us he had a sprained wrist and provide a brace. Two days go by, no change in pain or swelling, we see another provider, more x-rays are done and we find that the providers at Frisbie ER completely missed the fracture in his wrist.

I recently went to the ER myself due to a fall. I explained what had happened and how, was very clear about which part of my body I had injured and what I was experiencing at that time. The provider I saw not only ordered x-rays for the incorrect area but also told me that what I was feeling was just in my head.
No matter how big or small a future injury may be, I will never bother with this hospital again. I will make the drive to Dover.

I'd given them a great review but I'm taking it back now. They gave my discharge paperwork to a random patient. Now that person has all my private info. Guess Frissbee doesn't care about breaking the law

I was greeted by the worker at the front desk who was very friendly. She had lots of people coming around the same time I did and she was efficient and still greeted everyone. Staff for my procedure were friendly, clearly detailed when talking to me and getting me prepared. Made me feel comfortable. Excellent overall for whole experience for my first time at this hospital.

Was referred to the ER by urgent care. (Great communication between the two facilities ) staff were friendly and took the time to make this scared old lady a little less frightened. They answered my questions about every test they took, why they were taking it and let me know i was to be admitted. It was no secret, I wanted to go home, but the pcu staff was wonderful. They explained every medication, every IV and made me feel comfortable at a very scary time. Great hospital with professional...
