This clinic is the worst pediatrics doctor office I have ever seen. They never return calls, don’t send in prescriptions, look at you like you don’t belong there and have no clue what they are doing. Please don’t bring your children here. This was once a good clinic years ago don’t know what happen it’s been 2 months trying to get medical records sent from there to another clinic and still no response even the other clinic faxed over a medical release form and never received the records this ...

Ms. Rosetta, who answers the phone when you call Franklin, is always kind and professional. She has always gone above and beyond to assist in my needs over the years. Even when the phone system is acting up, Ms. Rosetta spends the time needed to resolve any issue I am having. She makes my experience with Franklin Primary better. I always feel cared for after experiencing Ms. Rosetta. I also feel this same way with my medical provider Mrs. Cunningham. Mrs. Cunningham has been a stable provider...

I have to say...the receptionist named Rosetta R. is very professional, courteous kind and patient along with her manager Latoya and Lita. Thanks for your support and services.

Worst customer service experience of my life trying to get medical records sent to another place. I never want to talk to those individuals ever again. Anyone who had received proper training would never have given me the trouble the so called compliance officer gave me. You could tell they were not only uneducated but also ended up being highly unprofessional. If I had this encounter at my own physician's office, it would cause me to doubt the expertise and professional culture of everyone ...

I personally would like to give a tremendous thank you to Mrs. Rosetta. Thank you for being apart of the staff, thank you for being caring and concerned with the health of others. I do understand that everywhere is currently short staffed and everyone is taking on multiple roles at the moment given what is taking place in our world today. Mrs. Rosetta has gone above and beyond to help me and my family get the best possible care, the best responses and fast and effect information. When she tak...

I wish God would see fit to close the doors permanently and bless the few good people with better jobs. The staff is unprofessional and less than mediocre. Their licenses probably came from Office Depot and aren’t worth the change spent on the paper!! No one goes to a health care center expecting to feel worse with higher blood pressure than initially. They don’t listen. They don’t care about patients and apparently their livelihoods. If you don’t like your job, get another one. Leave the med...

I tested positive for a incurable std and went here without insurance for a refill on my prescription. They did a lab and retested me, told me I was clean and didn’t have anything. I was told to stop taking my medication by the Dr and did so. Had an outbreak not even a week later this place is a joke. They tell you what you want to hear. Please go somewhere else

It seems like everyone has given up on this place including the staff and management. So sad... it's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment or speak with a nurse. You'll experience lackluster professionalism, poor customer service, lack of job training (ignorance) and apathetic attitudes. No common courtesy, little care or concern overall for your health issues. There is one 'unicorn' upstairs who tried her best to help us, but all other issues were out of her...
