The pharmacy processed scripts in a reasonable time but here is what I don’t appreciate. I thought my meds were activated so I wait and get my number called and then I get told I need to go sit back down and wait to be called again because it’s not active. Let’s be real here, all functions can be performed at each station. Why is it necessary to put someone back in que? What ever happen to first stop/ first call resolution? Why make the process harder? You all obviously did well by getting m...

I have gone there multiple times since I have been unemployed. The place is AMAZING! The transition is done, and now they’re speedy at everything! And, the business has outdoor fitness equipment too, that provides a way for people to workout! And, my experience with the nutritionist was AWESOME and the appointment was quick, but it was fruitful too! Thanks for everything the staff does here!

0 STARS - ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE TIME AND TIME AGAIN. It feels like the pharmacy and clinics are coming up with ways/systems to push everyone off the arsenal and out of our right to use these facilities. I have always thought military benefits would always be there to accommodate service members and their families both active duty and retired. However, I am becoming more and more frustrated with the way retirees, myself included, are being treated as of late. New mandatory requiremen...

Came by to drop off a written prescription. Website said open, but parking lot was empty and lady with stroller at door said a lady told her they closed at Noon today. No explanation given. I signed up for text alerts, but have yet to receive one. I live an hour away.

What would it take to get your pharmacy service to work properly. Four days after calling prescription in the when informed they are ready you have a minimum of an hour and half wait. If you have a new computer system get rid of it cause it sure does not work.

The clinics are quick to help. Was nervous to get stationed at Redstone for medical reasons but so far my interactions with all Fox Army Health staff have been positive and the care is efficient. Outside care referral process is quick and appointments are timely.

I think it is easy to write reviews when things don't meet our expectations and we often forget to applaud when things go well. I am grateful to have access to a pharmacy that allows me to pick up my meds for free and that there is an option (for my convenience) to go to a store and pick them up faster if I would like to pay for them with a co-pay. I have nothing but accolades to say for Dr. Gannaway and his professionalism and care for his patients. He goes above and beyond listening to the ...

My retirement was 1/1/2000 (started with U. S. Navy) from the Commissioned Corp, U. S. Public Health Service. I am a Clinical Pharmacist and in my past experiences ran five (5) Federal Pharmacies in three (3) states under two (2) different gov. agencies so I have some knowledge of what I am talking about. In 2000 Fox pharmacy ran like a Swiss watch. I knew all the staff and was impressed by their efficiency. Jump to Dec. 2022: Called in Rx refill on insulin when I opened my last vial, too ...
