This place is a joke. I had a loved one kicked out because one of the staff told the counselor he swore at him. The loved one wanted to be there and get help, no court ordered. They did it on a Friday afternoon conveniently when the psychologist was gone. The psychologist is amazing and stands up for patients who are trying to better themselves. The counselor that he had was a fill in and didn't interact much with the patient. Thankfully the love one did learn alot about himself and other top...

I love the place. I went there as a teen and Grace had been my counselor. She taught me a lot. Fountain Centers doesn't force you to do anything. They give you a routine, they give you tools to use, and they support you by providing staff and healthy food. The activities outside are a bonus.

Great treatment center, good staff, they let you outside every day to do stuff like canoeing kayaking going to the swimming pool, biking, etc. Most of the staff were great but some had their bad moments but that’s expected at any treatment center. It’s not as in depth as some other places mainly because it’s a 28 day program while some others that give you a much more catered and in depth treatment are 45 days to a year long. Overall a great place that helped me get sober and stay sober. I do...

I had a great experience here, i did not have the experience at all that some of these reviews say, it must be a pretty different place from what it used to, the staff were all very respectful helpful and I think that it is one of the best treatment centers someone could go to, especially now as you can have a small tightly nit group. Also idk when the reviewer “nic” went to this place but if it was around a month ago I would have seen him there, either the review is very late, I just missed ...

Make sure the patients are actually getting their food! Don’t sweet talk the PO’s when they call to call you out on it, I shouldn’t have to be told multiple times a week that my brother never received his food!!!!

Last night my sister and I were walking past fountain centers and there was a young man that had been dropped off for treatment sitting on a bench near the hospital with plastic bags of his personal belongings. He had been kicked out of the center because of a conflict with the person checking him in. He had no money, no phone and lived in Rochester. My sister and I called our pastor and found a way to get him some help. I know he probably broke some rules, but just to leave him stranded ...

My counselor David was so disrespectful. He has no business being in the field of helping people. Most of the techs are the same way. U eat the same food every day. Your forced to go outside in the heat and don't have a choice what u want to do. Stay away from this place.

The diagnosis they give you is final and it follows you wherever you go. Medical or career wise. If I could rate it less then one star I would. Fyi: all the good reviews are coming from current employees.
