I believe Farnham is an important resource for those in Oswego looking to overcome an addiction to opiates. Everyone there genuinely seems to care about helping those seeking recovery. The groups and counseling along with methadone have all played a role in getting and keeping me off drugs. I thank God for this facility as well as the dedicated people who work there.
