Very poor health care. Super rude doctor's. They waste your time, uncaring, very frustrating. I wouldn't go there unless you want to in unsatisfactory care.

It is better to come in on an appointment to see a doctor. If you are a walk-in, it takes time to see at doctor and sometimes you may not be seen that day. It is located in Downtown San Diego and it is accessible by buses, trolleys, or walking

I love the staff and Dr. Rembolt. Her and her team have saved my life. I have a new start on life, I wake up every morning with high hopes of being happy and healthy again. Thank you for always going that extra mile for me.

I went to this location because it had the earliest available appointment and was a bit worried from reading reviews on the place. I plan to come back for all my future visits. The front office staff is friendly and polite. I did wait about a half hour after my appointment time to get seen by the nurse, then another 15 to be seen by the doctor, but they were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Gordon was patient, listened attentively, and explained what he thought. He said I was fine an...

A loved one has been royally screwed over by this place. They've canceled SO MANY appointments on him or tried to reschedule them. And once when we went to see his Dr the guy wasn't even there! And today we were on our way and called and they said they had canceled the appt and his dr wasn't even there. And he NEEDS a prescription refill that they have failed to give him many times. And this is a prescription he can't go without and now its ruining our lives and they don't even care! They don...

I was between jobs with health insurance and had to get my own healthcare, so I chose the cheapest HMO plan. I randomly picked this place because I live downtown. What I found was: friendly staff, always on time, thorough, and a lab in house! What is not to like? It definitely has some interesting clientele and not the fanciest facilities, but the care is excellent.

A little shaky but nice manager! Pisano is the best and charge nurse is a head case. she thought blood thinner was an inhaler, they forgot me n a room for two hours. Their text reminder feature is great and they do take walk-ins. Watch out, they can only address one situation at a time and will make an appointment for paperwork, then review it, then see you. So you may get three or four appointments with medical to get one thing covered. Getting records is impossible and also front desk, one ...
