Let’s be real, in a way rating a treatment center 5 stars seems like nominating a manure factory for a Michelin star, but this place saves lives so it’s anything but that. I have been through this program 2 times, the last one I am working to make the last and currently have just over 3 months sober, as I felt leaving a review without some decent time seemed meaningless. Counselors are great, I had Bob and Christine, both of them are fantastic. I speak to them specifically as they were mine,...

I was here in 2006 and it was low quality care. The counseling was judgmental and shame based, the staff exclusive and a lot of favoritism. The aftercare was a scam. Once they had the insurance payment, they encouraged patients to leave or outright kicked them out. A patient, who had been there before had warned me about that scam. I watched it go on person to person until it was me.Hopefully, they have improved on meeting patients where they are at when feasible, discontinued the long antiqu...

Unfortunately have been here 7 times. I'd recommend calling before and asking if there are or will be any available beds. I'd normally go into the ER.. let them know I am there for detox. The wait down in the ER has been anywhere from an hour to 9 hours depending on how busy or understaffed they are. You have to get blood work done & you need to pee in a cup for a drug test before they bring you up to detox. Despite what I was going through. I treated the staff as nice and respectful as I po...

My first week was horrible. Things did change after some got discharged. However the last 3 were smartly done. I had been to Hazelton and if I had known that this was available I would not have wasted my time there. Went through Detox and had great counseling. Brilliant Yes uncomfortable at times Great support all the way through Take a shot at this. Smart and not so much noise..peacefully True people that care and being alone

I've been trying to talk to someone about their out patient services for over 3 weeks. I've left message and gotten no response. I had my therapist call for me as well. They already have all my paperwork. The receptionist confirmed that my first call was the end of August. Terrible customer service for a crisis situation. I went somewhere else.

Lodging plus is top notch inpatient facility. Detox is filled with amazing staff. Most are in recovery as well. If you identify as male and go inpatient ask for Bob B as your counselor ! That man saved my life

My daughter went there and I expected her to be there for more than 4 hours. They were quick to get her out saying they have other people to get in. It was like a fast food service. How does that help an alcoholic to detox while they’re also on medications that may react to the alcohol! It doesn’t. They obviously didn’t care. Sometimes people are in detox for 3 days. I expected her there for atleast 2 days. Very sad they’re more concerned about the quantity care versus quality care.
