I was in a group home in Glen Ellyn for 10 years but after having carpel tunnel surgery it was decided by Randy Lunia and Rachel who is the head of the house that I would be better off going to a nursing home to live, I do have physical limitations but it never stopped me before the surgery. The transition was awful. I had a VERY hard time and the house staff did not help me with it. I fellet abandoned and was cut off from everything even my psychiatrist Susan Dunn who I loved. They said one...

They have taken months on my case and won't refer me outwards or call back when they say they will. I wait for a week and call back then they even know its me and talk about me in the background and I can hear it while on the call. They always hang up and say they'll call back then never do. I try not to be rude but I am frustrated as its been months and my health isn't a priority to them. I asked to be referred out and they refused and said it's unnecessary.

Their scheduling staff and receptionists are always readllly friendly and welcoming, and my therapist, Walter Gaskew, had been great with giving me support with my generalized anxiety disorder and ocd. However, my psychiatrist, Dr. Patel, hardly ever takes the time to listen to my symptoms and how my medicine has affected me in not so great ways. She always veers off on other topics that have nothing to do with my mental disorders, and takes forever to change my medication ok r dosage when ...

I went for a dental visit after not receiving dental care in a couple years. Went better than previous private care dentist. My previous experience the dentist was aggresive and fast, which would end up hurting my teeth. I like how my visit was slow and thorough.

My therapist , my psychiatrist and apparently the administrator abandoned me at the time I needed them the most. I was hospitalized in will county, so they decided I should seek further treatment there. I grew up in Lisle my whole life. Had my therapist for atleast 5 years, and with a a flippant , unceremonious goodbye, said see ya. I became unnerved. Couldn't stop crying and that's it, that's all. Cruel

4.5 days I ordered a certified copy of birth certificate from their vital records department for my passport and I'm in a huge time crunch! I got it in 4 days and am beyond impressed! Couldn't be happier, it was a pleasure talking to them on the phone and working with them!

Had both vaccine shots at the DuPage Fair grounds. Everything was very well organized and I got a virtual passport with the information so I don’t have to carry the card. Excellent job by the Health Department, their employees and volunteers.

Incredibly easy to work with. Quick and helpful employees. Everyone who loves to complain about government workers should stop in and try to be disappointed. I stopped in for a couple birth certificate copies and was out the door in under 10 mins with my request fulfilled.
