These people saved my life in so many different ways. I really don't have enough space to explain. If ur serious about getting help this is the place to go.

i stayed here may of 2023 and they offered a comfortable bed, hot food and snacks, but MOST IMPORTANTLY the greatest testimonies and reasons/intentions to stay sober with very lovely people who are there throughout the process if you’re committed.

If you go in you can see they are never really busy. Just a bunch of people sitting there. And they never pick up the phone, every single time i call im always on hold for over 10 min. One time I went and they were talking bad about me and my mother in Spanish not knowing we are spanish. I'm definitely changing my doctors cuz this is just bad

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at detox. The food is most times inedible, there were people withdrawing from alcohol that they weren't medicating, they wouldn't even give these people straws to drink water even though they couldn't hold a cup without spilling water all over because of the convulsions. The staff gave multiple people, myself included, the wrong medication, along with dispensing a medication to be taken 3x a day at 0900, 1300, and 1700, so I was going into ex...

Terrible service reach out for help and because you left one time they tell you you can’t come back for 30 days. How is a place that’s supposed to help people tell you you can’t receive help because you tried previously . Places like these are why the overdose rate is so high. People reach out for help and get turned away I hope one of they’re loved ones goes thru this and gets turned away for the help they need maybe then they’ll see how it feels.

The Dr's take more than 30 min to call you but how convenient that they have a time limit of 10 minutes if you late more than 10 your appt will be reschedule but they can take for ever BAD SERVICE.

Look it’s a global pandemic and health centers should not turn away the public because they do not go there. My clinic was booked so I tried calling them in hopes to get a quick Covid test but nope. I live in the community you would think they would be open to us. And ok it’s not the associates who create the rules, this I completely understand, however the receptionist was extremely rude. Like girl how are you even employed? How hard is it to say “sorry we are closed to the public…” but don’...
