Some therapists are truly amazing, inspiring, educated, and knowledgeable about the disease of addiction.

Staff showed compassion and empathy, working hard to ensure help was received.

Yeah I definitely wouldn’t do treatment here. My brother is currently a patient and I have been trying to get a hold of somebody there leaving multiple messages over a week and a half still haven’t got a phone call returned. They were so quick to take my money at first say they’re gonna Take him to change his insurance, but ended up taking them to the wrong place twice.

I had a very close call with a family member. Traumatic really. Even when we didn't end up using their services (insurance issues), Rob and the department really stayed in contact, Showed compassion, empathy, all while working their tails off to ensure he recieved help. I will always appreciate ppl like that exist!

I have mixed feelings about this place. Depending on who you are it might be a great fit because some of the therapists are truly amazing, inspiring, educated, and very knowledgeable about the disease of addiction. I personally disliked the environment because of other patients and I guess the front desk people. They’re pretty rude and impatient to be honest and they made me feel dumb for being confused about where to go my first week which feels mean considering how little structure there is...

Attended Desert home, and they did the right thing. Even though they did not authorize with my insurance, they eat the cost, which is just amazing. Their military program is top-notch, even when I was there during the height of Covid. I would highly recommend them.

My Therapist (Charissa) and treatment team was a life saver. I'm 314days sober. They helped me through the roughest time of my life, made me feel comfortable and loved!

Let me say that I’m being very generous by giving this place a star. Here is why. When I contacted this place, and got thru the admission process, I was told that there will be a driver waiting for me at the airport. That was a lie. After waiting for about an hour, I got picked up by one of their technicians in her personal vehicle which was filthy and there was a baby seat in the back seat. When I arrived at the main facility, I was told to wait at the lobby until I was called. After waiting...

This was an amazing experience. not only do you get the tools and resources you need to stay clean and sober you literally get counseling and therapy all day every week which is great for someone who has trauma that has never been worked through and for someone who is completely serious about recovery..Great staff nice rooms and great therapists, case workers!!!!

I made the most of my experience at Resolutions. Lack of communication, inconsistent procedures, and improperly trained staff made my time here less than average. I was serious about my recovery, so I made the most of it. Most clients here are not, though. Drugs were running rampant throughout the facility causing people to secretly relapse. Their zero tolerance policy was never followed. Staff chose favorites and were inconsistent with giving out consequences.
