Please heed everyone’s warnings because we didn’t and that is one of our biggest regrets. Not only the hospital but the oncologist Doctor that takes charge of Cancer patients have made fatal errors in my mom’s cancer treatment. He waited months and I mean months after her cancer diagnosis to start her on Chemo and when they finally did start she was already so weakened that it did more harm than good. After they did there “work” the only calls we would get are calls about a peaceful death f...

I am literally here right now with my husband who has sickle cell and the care has gone significantly downhill. If you want to live or have a direr emergency do not come here!!! The doctors drag their feet and the staff have no sense of urgency. How is this operating as an emergency room; I have no clue?! I’m very disappointed in this hospital and those that say they work here should honestly be very ashamed to say so.

Worst care. I was in the hospital in January. Sat for over 5 hours for nothing to be done. They were supposed to get me medicine which never came all while the staff was wasting time, hanging out chatting with each other and drinking coffee. This hospital is by far the worst in palm beach. Got to the point I walked out with no answers. Beyond disgusted how a hospital could operate so poorly. They staff and higher ups need big time retraining

No stars, avoid delray medical center like the plague. I was in the ER for 8 hours before being moved to a terrible room. It had no nursing call phone. I had to go out in the hall and wave at the nurses station to get some help. I was in for heart and never had a heart monitor hooked up all night. The nurse took my blood pressure manually. How they came up with $5500 for observation, I will never understand. I could go on but, there is no way it would fit.

My mom, who has dangerously low platelets and has fainting spells due to chemo and radiation, was sent to the ER. Needles to say we could not find not one parking spot by the emergency room. So she had to walk all the way from the parking garage through the main entrance, out the front door and around the corner to the emergency room. There are no carts or anyone around to help assist a weak person. Yes I could have dropped her off at the front desk but who wants to do that when their loved ...

First, the nursing staff is five star. However, this is obviously a poorly managed hospital, based on the fact the room I stayed in would not qualify to be a 2 star. The room was old and run down. The room is dirty, and there was no interest in getting it cleaned, even after I requested it. Dead bugs, and an inch thick of dust is really not acceptable. Bloody sheets never changed. TV from who knows what year, that doesn’t work properly. After discharge, the hospital invites you to join the...

The service at the ER is slow because the place is full of people and the guys working there have many things to do. I waited outside like an hour in horrible pain with my broken bones. I didn’t leave because I couldn’t walk. The surgical team is excellent and the staff at the third floor is great. I can’t mention names because I fear forgetting any of them since all them all are important. One special mention to Dr. Stephen Zavoyski who is excellent and the surgery went good. Thanks to the s...

Not sure how this hospital is still operating...lack of staff, dirty and they will leave you waiting to see if you heal yourself or leave whatever happens first. The only thing that seems to work judging by a bunch of bad reviews ( that i should have look at before heading here) is the AI responding as hospital staff to everyone's reviews. If you find yourself looking at reviews don't read anymore just go somewhere else is worth the drive. Do not take your loves ones here. I was treated...
