The ER and their staff was great, but it doesn't outweigh the severity of blatant disregard of concerns and feelings from patients and their guests. The ER and their staff was great, but it doesn't outweigh the severity of blatant disregard of concerns and feelings from patients and their guests. When we asked basic questions such as, "why am I here?" we were constantly told, "let me ask and call you back". We were told the doctor had went home when we asked to speak to him, but that was closely followed by another nurse telling us that he was in the ICU. We were also told that he needed to stay longer because of covid medications and steroids that were being administered, yet he hasn't been hooked to anything other than 9% NACL for 4.5 hours now. We were told that he needed to have antibiotics but the nurse didn't correctly hook up the IV so he wasn't receiving any the entire time. When we expressed our concerns to someone in charge, we were told that what we were told by one of the nurses was incorrect because she would've never said that and it was a misunderstanding on the patients' part. They refused to entertain any idea of being transferred to another hospital because "no one else would take him" but we were never told why another hospital would refuse to help. Along with other things, this has been a horrid experience altogether and we will be preemptively asking to go to a different hospital for any and all emergencies.

Extremely horrific experience. I went there for dog bites that required stitches. First they could not numb my finger all the way. So, I had to endure extreme pain feeling every stitch in bottom of my finger. Pain medicine provided in hospital was literally useless and they sent me home in extreme pain with no script for pain medication. Your probably better off going somewhere else. I wish I did. My entire right hand is useless and I'm still in extreme pain. Sorry for being so grotesque but ...

My entire right hand is useless and I'm still in extreme pain. Sorry for being so grotesque but you can see how bad my injury was. In fact, I took out my own stitches (10 in all) because I don't trust this facility. Please also share your experience on their FB page because people need to know. Oh yeah, guess you can't because it's locked out to public

I was in ER and from there to surgery center for bilateral wrist fractures. I could not have had better care anywhere else. ER nurses and Dr Gabrielson were great. Xrays, pain meds, arms splinted in record time. From there to surgery center admit reps, nurses, anesthesia and Dr. Smith were fantastic. I was treated as if I was their only pt. It was extremely busy but all of them took the time for me and my husband. I could hear from my room and they treated all the pts and family with prompt...

Poor service from Doctor on ER staff 12/09/2023. Made me feel as if I only visited for a doctor's excuse or pain meds which I didn't need either. He stood at the door and talked to me the whole minute of his attention I was given.

My fiance came into the ER after being hit by a large piece of falling tree. It took k almost an hour and a half to be seen for what I would consider a priority emergency. He was given a neck brace just in case and an MRI which they found nothing on. He was given a Norco and a Rx to be filled and told to watch for sign of a concussion. We believe he has a broken bone which they did not even examine.

I was there in May with a knee injury and they took no xray, just wrapped an ace bandage around it, told me heat and ice and gave me a prescription. Come to find out my knee was fractured.
The bathroom was filthy, the trash was actually spilling out on the floor and the floor looked like it had not been mopped in months. I wish I would have taken pictures.
It seems that the doctor is there and paid just to write prescriptions and doesn't really care about the patients actual health and wellness.

Honestly speaking, never ever in my life, treated the way that, all of them have towards me. Felt like “out of this nonsense world” each one of them are like angels (not kidding) caring and polite. Most of all, knowledgeable staff. My respects for you, and thank God for such a place we have here.

So to start off I did not want to go here in the first place my husband didn't want to have to ride to Dothan. I said ok we will give it a shot. Go to the ER a week ago on Father's day because my husband had a blood clot in his calf. The ER staff was amazing hats off to them. While in the ER we will call him Dr.G said he felt there was a clot in his right lung but he could see from the pictures of his lung it was pneumonia, but still wanted a second scan to be sure there wasn't a clot hiding...

So to start off I did not want to go here in the first place my husband didn't want to have to ride to Dothan. I said ok we will give it a shot. Go to the ER a week ago on Father's day because my husband had a blood clot in his calf. The ER staff was amazing hats off to them. While in the ER we will call him Dr.G said he felt there was a clot in his right lung but he could see from the pictures of his lung it was pneumonia, but still wanted a second scan to be sure there wasn't a clot hiding. We get moved to a floor and Dr.H was there for the admission but was off for the duration of our time there. The whole stay it was very sketchy as to what was wrong with my husband. After many blood draws and tests and cultures and who knows what else we hear nothing. We get sent home with treatment for pneumonia and some blood thinners. Exactly one week Sunday we are back at the ER with my husband having a pain through his chest like he had been shot. Could not breathe and in severe pain. We immediately get brought back when we walk in. Turns out that there was a clot in his lung that was causing his pain and he had to get treatment for the clot in his leg so it didn't dislodge and kill him. I am thankful we came and got a second opinion if not it could have cost my husband his life. I feel the treatment there needs to be evaluated and if you are not equipped to treat certain things then yes please transfer the patient to someone who is. Have a great day!
