The staff is very understanding at this facility.

The treatment provided is helpful.

The staff at Crossroads are great, including the director, counselors, and nurses.

Majority of the staff are kind and caring, especially Kelli who has a lot of passion for her work.

The staff is very understanding at this facility and the treatment is helping. I would have given five stars except for their policy on snow days. There needs to be a better notification system in place such as a mass text advising if closings

The staff at crossroads are great all the way from the director ,my counselor who does a fantastic job being there for me and the nurses who are also great I would hate to see where I'd be without the people at crossroads. They saved my life.

This place helped me and my husband but always know it's not just the medicine that helps it's mind over matter you will never get clean u less you want to . We have been doing for years and it saved us we would recommend if you want to be clean you want the help come it really does help.

Crossroads treatment Center has been life changing for me. All the staff that work there are very nice and supportive with everything I have gone through good and bad over the years.If there was an option to give them more than 5 stars I definitely would. My counselor Matina Banks is the best! She is a great counselor!

Every one of the staff, is absolutely great! From the Director, the nurses, the front desk, counselors, down to the patient's, everyone is respectful, personable, and courteous. I would definitely refer someone in need of help, and a change of their lifestyle. Awesome place, awesome people! Great place. Seriously wonderful staff. Everyone I have encountered at crossroads treatment center have been some of the most caring and polite and thoughtful people I've ever met. They make you feel like you are a person of value and importance. I'm extremely grateful and happy with my experience at crossroads.
