Covedale Treatment Services, which is part of Pinnacle Treatment Centers, is an outpatient medication-assisted treatment facility that works with adult men and women in Cincinnati who may be suffering from opioid abuse and opioid withdrawal symptoms. The medications available at this facility include methadone, Vivitrol, and buprenorphine. Clients will also be able to develop a treatment plan that incorporates services such as group therapy, individual counseling, motivational interviewing, art therapy, mindfulness training, nutritional guidance, life skills training, medication management, relapse prevention techniques, and more. Services are typically gender-specific as well. The overall goal is to address uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms that may be making a client's motivation for change hard to maintain. By treating those withdrawal symptoms, clients have a better chance of remaining sober rather than relapsing to get rid of those symptoms on their own. Covedale accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most in and out-of-network health insurance plans in order to increase treatment accessibility.

The facility ensures that patients are always able to get their medication if they follow the treatment rules.

Some nurses at the facility are highly regarded and are considered the best part of the service.

A few things that I can say about this place is that in my opinion, if you’re getting treatment services through them and if you are passing all of your drug screens, you are always there to get your medication even if you are a daily doser , attending all of your counseling sessions and maintaining your sobriety doing everything as told and need it you know even working a full-time job taking care of your responsibilities and your self my understanding as you can get phased up and get take h...

Been here since the opening and even though it has gotten better, they just don't care about their people. It's a good place to dose and leave, but anything else is usually a hassle. (Random non purpose holds, no one at the window to take off the holds, passing people around to different counselors, waiting 20-40 minutes for a drug screen etc.) (hold=can't dose until someone takes it off or moves it) Just recently spent 4 days in a row and almost an hour waiting at the window (with no one t...

I have been there darn near since they have opened. The main problem here is they do not look at nor duplicate their successful and properly functioning clinics which they own. I have been to others owned by the same parent holding and they work and run smoothly. With this in mind there is no reason for a trial and error clinic. They are set up in their own LLC. This way failure does not affect their other clinics.. They have had a staff of nurses at the windows that have been dealers and at...

Horrible place. First off they wont dose you unless you wear a mask even though there is no mandate and hasnt been one in awhile. The cdc even recanted and said masks do not provide the proper protection and can actually cause more harm than good. 2nd they dont educate you about the drug they are putting you on. Had i known i would have no way off this satanic drug i wouldve never started treatment. My teeth are rotting because of it and ive been on it 6 years. I want off and nobody will deto...

This place is a joke the administration running it have no respect for the people they treat there whatsoever but literally are completely incapable of running the facility smoothly. There’s always a problem or delay or a reason no one is doing their jobs effectively. The med nurses are rude and lazy. You can never get someone on the phone when you call. The Dr there has absolutely no bedside manners and also regards patients with a condescending stuck up demeanor. Every facet of the entire f...

I really don't want to even give this place 1 star rating. This is the worst methadone maintenance treatment center I have ever been to. I transferred here from Premier Care because this place accepts Medicaid and I wanted to save money. I have been at my job for about 3 years but since I've been at this clinic, I'm now on the verge of losing my job because I get stuck at this clinic for hours sometimes. There is no patient privacy. I am seriously considering transferring back to premier care...

I know ppl are extremely judgmental about treatment centers. I have been here for 4 yrs. I am dosing down @ my own pace. I work & am a constructive member of society. It feels AWESOME to be sober & successful!! 😉 I have NEVER had an issue here. I do what I am expected to do. I'm not put on hold except for drops. It's been a positive experience for me @ this location.

The Staff here Sincerely Cares if You Live Or Die... They Saved My Life!!! I've been going faithfully for a year and a half now, Love My Counselor! The Man figured out My First Real Trama in our first session... I am so amazed by this because my first treatment was First Step Home, I was there 1 year and a half although they were great I graduated that program and they still never figured out my first real traumas in life. The Man is A Really Caring Individual Who is there to Help You! Don't ...
